Reminds me of a guy we knew: He had just gotten out of jail for DUI and the judge ordered to have a breath analizer installed in his car so he could drive to work. One night he got out of a pub and paid a kid 10 bucks to blow into the machine so he could make it home. 🙄I am so happy that I have 20,5 yrs sobriety. Drinking brings nothing but troubles even though I never got a ticket (or was pulled over).
I remember in high school this really nice guy in my class and we were also lab buddies and one morning in school the teacher announced that he was killed by someone drinking and driving while walking to this little local store for his mom. I feel terrible. I don't remember his name, but he was the kind of guy in school who liked everyone, no matter if you were popular or not. I still think about him sometimes.
