Diagnosing and fixing rattles from a NV3750 transmission in a 05 Jeep Wrangler TJ

At 200K I replaced the clutch in my 05 TJ. Ever since then I have a rattle in my NV3550 transmission. The rattle goes away when I slightly depress the clutch.
