I love this format and the varying lengths/intensities of the workouts you post each week. It is nice to be able to switch it up and keep me from burn out.
Hi Abby, I really do only these workouts, but I try to do them at least every other day. Im always in the best shape when I workout every day but I don't do anything else but my workouts. This one is for example one of my least intense ones that you can do on days when you need to take it easier.
Zuzana, it is wonderful to see your journey and the fantastic things you are doing now. Because of you I started working out and Bodyrocking, then you left and thank god you started doing your own thing. loved this workout, took me 15 mins and 19 seconds. When I first started working out with you, it took me around 20-30 mins to do a workout. I've noticed a big change over the past few months in my body and time it takes to complete your workouts! Love what you're doing for us all, thank you Zuzka! :)

! I used to do P90X, did it like 6 times, then did other things until I found Zuzana. I love this work outs, they are as effective, and shorter. They have kept me in shape, I do them every day, I just pick from the past workouts. Two days a week I do the arms video in P90X with intervals, maybe burpees or jump squats. I love it. OMG!! I USED to Bodyrock, but I did not like the direction it has gone, so I am ssooo glad to have found Zuzka again!! HAPPY CAMPER! I currently have a broken toe, so I can't do too much, but I can not wait to get back to it!
I'm already thin (at 5'8 and 125lbs) but I am not toned at all and have had 3 kids, so I'm glad I have found your workouts! Because they are the only ones I have managed to stick to for longer than a week, and it also helps me seeing how great your body looks and gives me inspiration to get there myself!!! I love the workouts. Trying to do one every day for at least 3 weeks to form the habit of exercising once again after an extremely long (and embarrassing) break from fitness. Please don't forget to (let your team?) post a breakdown on the website as I think it helps eliminate excuses for procrastinators. As opposed to look at the preview, then the main vid to figure if we go straight through the exercises & repeat (and how many rounds) or however many rounds of 1 exercise before moving to next

Hi Aleera, we shot the zcut dvd program in two weeks which means that I was doing one workout a day. It's on a rare ocation that I "have to" do 2 workouts a day, but when that happens I try to mix a high intensity workout with one that is less intense.When it comes to hiking or cycling, I would love to do more of that,because I haven't in a while. I am so happy to hear about your progress.You workout a lot already so if you want faster, better results, you need to adjust your diet.

First off, you look beautiful - In fact you are glowing. Secondly, I really enjoyed the moments of rest/stretch as I found I was able to push harder each time I recovered - similar to the time you used the taba-timer in your workout which I also loved.

You know a workout is a hit (Insanity) when people start copying it. The greatest form of flattery. I would much rather watch Zuzka than Sean T anyday though. :) Doesn't matter where you get the dvd to help you workout, just as long as you are doing something. Way to encourage and inspire, Zuzka.
This one was amazing, thanks so much! Great cardio but not too bad on the knees. Just weird that the stretching during the side jump lunges seems to be so much harder than the lunges themselves haha.

If I understand your blog/video regarding the ZCUT you shot it in a really short time, meaning you did more than one workout a day. And you also shot the other workout for a fitness site on this day. So it would be nice to see an 1 week or month calender with all the fitness activities you do (also cycling, hiking etc.). Thanks

As a certified personal trainer, stretching is important b/c you can't have strength w/o length. The body is not balanced w/o flexibility and people are more prone to osteoporosis and injury w/o open muscles.
She doesn't mean it literally. When you see the preview, you can already do the workout on your own, since she broke it down for you already. Working out with her is optional. I myself did this workout when she uploaded the preview a couple of days ago. Working out at the same time with her is just for fun ^_^
