Just replaced our HRV filter myself for the first time and this great little video made it all too easy. Not sure how the quality of the replacement filter compares to the HRV branded one it replaced but I paid $55 for it and HRV charged us more than $200 to do the job when they last changed it a couple of years ago.
Thanks, awesome tutorial! I bought the Supercell Gen2 F8 from Bunnings for $54. Was a perfect friction fit. Error code 10 intermittantly showed on display, but gone after filter change.
Hi my unit is taped together so have to remove silver tape first replace filter then retape but a similar process otherwise... Thanks for your video was a big help..
Hi can you advise me how long the silver tubes should be..(ie) go straight to outlet or via the whole floor area (I think they were too lazy to cut to correct lengths)
It's always good to have ducting longer ... if it's straight to vent there will be tension on ducting increasing chances of holes in ducting and tape over time loses their stickiness .... alwaysgood to have long ducting.... if other tradies are going in the roof cavities too it will be easier for them if ducting is longer

Thanks for taking the time to share. I must say what a cheap and clunky looking design that is. We're considering the HRV Air Sense range.

Thanks for the informative video. Simple as to replace filter and reset on the pad. Saved myself up to S250. cost of filter - $53,00 at Bunnings.
