    Why can't my hand even reach the middle of the treadmill? It feel so tight.
    I untighted the belt a bit and now it just slips when I walk, but still struggle to put my hand under the belt... and I dont even have big hands

    Will the belt being overtightened result in slipping when stepped on?

    Thanks for the clear and helpful information. Now to apply it! Hopefully that is the fix because I think the slipping mat is hurting my hip!

    Hey my belt is all the way to the right how do i fix this????

    • @proclaimliberty2000

      You need to slowly tighten the rear roller on the right side with an allen wrench while it’s running until the belt evens out.

      @@proclaimliberty2000 so when it evens out what next how do you prevent it from happening again

    • @proclaimliberty2000

      @@Prxsumo There’s no guarantee that it won’t do it again but once you get it adjusted properly it should stay that way for a long time. Our treadmill gets used every day and I have not had to adjust it in years.

      @@proclaimliberty2000 ok thanks so once it evens out it stays like that for awhile

    My treadmill belt is in the middle when not in use, but when I run on it after about a few minutes it is on the right scraping the edge making a high pitched whirring sound - any reason for this? I think it’s how I run, but based on this, anything I can do to counter balance this? Or is it safe to not do anything? Should I add more lube? Should I adjust the belt to always go to the left?

    • @proclaimliberty2000
      @proclaimliberty2000  5 місяців тому +1

      @@TooMuchToThink1 Make sure it has lube and adjust to be centered when in use otherwise you’re going to wreck the belt.

      @@proclaimliberty2000 thanks! So I should make it lean left to counter act when I use it how it goes right, correct?
