It's apt in case of some hardships like if we are doing a difficult profession or struggling to sustain a better relationship... in such cases, to stay may be harder that to quit.... But in case of abstention of an addiction like porn, social media, alcohol or drugs, it is harder to walk away... Actually we can easily continue in such addiction, but it's difficult to abstain and move back forever... Hope everyone has a courage of choosing the harder part in those addictions
