Depends on your definition of streamlined. The C3 cars and DM30ACs have innately-similar lines, if only because of the height restrictions in Penn station. That's more than can be said of most TGV sets, where the power cars have higher and bulkier silhouettes than the coaches and the coach rake has a streamlined fairing at each end to make the transition.
