thIS IS LITERALLY AN EXCESSIVE WASTE OF MONEY!! Bird strikes happen off the ground, or far away from anywhere this ridiculous robot will be. and even feeding a real dog and training it and housing it is far cheaper than the robot and infrustructure for the robot, and the controller, and the technician. People will actually sit herewith a straight face and act like this isn't just a huge waste of money whilst Anchorage has literal piles of trash and homeless encampments all over the city!
