I wanted to let you know that I started a Boho Mosaic Shawl because of watching your video. I've never made a shawl and was really encouraged by your enthusiasm. I am absolutely loving it!! I agree with you on the definition of a cowl. I believe it is an accessory primarily worn around just the neck. However, there is a knitted item referred to as a “snood” that combines a cowl and then a section that is attached to pull up over your head more like a hat or hood..you go girl! We cowl lovers are sticking together…🧶👍

Hi Amber! I’m so glad that your winter has been mild so far. I know how gloomy days get you down. Ours here in Tucson has been really crazy. It snowed twice within a month. The last time just last week. We are now back in the mid 70’s. Yay! I love all of your projects and yarn choices. Thanks for the new podcast recommendations. I’ll definitely check them out. Hi Amber….I’ve been watching you for several years and have been a subscriber from the beginning! I’m 78 and have been knitting for 58 yrs!😊 I love knitting, fibers and color! I also crochet….have done embroidery, weaving ❤️ etc. I design lots of my own patterns in both knitting and crocheting but never write them up…so there are no repeats!😂. I knit everything from clothing, blankets, amigurumii(sp), toys, kitchen and bathroom….etc. I have 4 children, 12 grandchildren and number 10 great grandchild coming on April 27th. I have so much yarn and have given away lots, but I keep buying. 😂😂😂

Blessings on you and yours as you manage through the rest of the "darker" days of winter. I, too, have suffered for many years with Seasonal Affective Disorder. There is help, and it's wonderful to know that spring and longer days are near.
Yay! Congratulations! And many, many more! Ko-fi is pronounced like coffee because initially, the idea is that people can leave a donation, roughly the price of a coffee. The Sophie scarf is a very old idea, there is a pattern called the Baktus scarf, the same thing but free. Also, there is another free pattern called The Simple thing. Everybody is free to choose what to knit, according to their possibilities. Beautiful projects, especially the blanket! I just finished a Battenberg Blanket after 4 years!
