Killer chord progressions and rhythm that truly highlights Freddie's talent and the unique/soulful sound that he had at the time. Recorded in the Dequincy Correctional Facility near Angola State Prison. It is said that ''Freddy was only given a minimum amount of equipment to use. He ended up having to use a Webcore tape recorder given to him by Lew Chudd from Imperial Records. Recorded around 1962-63''.

WOW BROTHER, THIS IS SO IMPRESSIVE, EVEN THOUGH WITH THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF EQUIPMENT IT STILL SOUNDS GREAT FOR THOSE TIMES. SUCH A GREAT VOICE. WITH HIS TALENT AND BEING IN THERE LOCKED UP, HE KEPT COMING OUT WITH GREAT UNRELEASED SONGS THAT MAYBE COULD OF MADE SOME GREAT HITS. I DO APPRECIATE YOU SHARING THESE UNKNOWN MELODIES BY HIM.
