    I have been doing these exercises regularly. Not only do they clear my head but they give me much more zest for life and make it possible for me to walk without a cane & remain in my own house. Thankyou Hasfit for making this all possible. I am now 94.

    I am retired and my last check-up was a disaster. I found your video and view it every day while I exercise. I am going back to
    get my blood tests re-done at the end of the month and hopefully with the exercising, walking and eating better they will show a marked improvement. Thanks for the great video!

    Whew, I just keep going, I do my best, even with my pains. I have to admit, I lost the 8 pds I had gained, I feel better, and happier. The pains will go away sooner or later, I try not to even think of them. Just trying to keep these bones moving. And what keeps me going are the teachers.. thank you very much. See ya soon.

    I am 75 years old and staying in my apartment during this coronavirus outbreak to avoid contact. Found this 15 minute video on Utube and have decided to continue this workout as long as I no longer am following my usual exercise of walking. It is easy to follow, the instructor is pleasant and the exercises increased my heart rate without causing major strain on my back and knees. Thank you for providing this video and being concerned for older individuals who are searching for a way to stay healthy during this confinement.

      Suzanne I totally agree with all you say . This video is a life saver and the chap who conducts it is so pleasant as you said. I too walked every morning as well I have been doing this video for a few years now and I must say how good I feel . This along with a good diet I think all should be well. I am 70 and I too can not go out now .I miss the fresh air and the social side of walking around the park . I am trying to get my wife to do the Has fit exercises to no avail.

    Thank you. I am 60 my husband 65 we have been doing your HASfit class with you for approx 2 months every day after our 15 min bike to the beach, an hours brisk beach walk and return bike ride. We have found the body definition is very obvious now which was what we were looking for given the 1.5 hour bike and walk exercise daily was only targeting lower body and cardio so thank you for developing HASfit that targets the achievable daily 15 minute body maintenance, we still get a sweat up and feel our muscles are working throughout the exercises.

    Had to come back, to explain the pds. I started with hasfit in Nov. (2021) and it is March 2nd. So it wasn't a week thing, took me time, but happy to have lost them. I'm not with hasfit for weight, but to keep these bones in movement. They hurt 24/7, but that isn't stopping me. OBTW, I'm 70 yrs young. Love hasfit, 🌹 has been helping me alot. And im telling everyone of Hasfit. See ya soon.

    I love your 15min workouts and they are so good, I haven't been doing the workouts for at least nine yrs because I have really sore legs, but now that I'm feeling better I do three of your 15min exercises and I so enjoy them, thankyou.

    I've commented before.. but I'm reporting back in.... I've been doing this routine daily for over 6 months now. I've gradually increased the weights and noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder muscles and back muscles. Not bulging muscles, but solid control as I'm moving around. Really excellent. Thank you again!

    I am so grateful for this workout! I am 60 yrs old overweight and unfit. I have no desire to kill myself as I get fitter. I have been chronically ill for 25 yrs, and last year I was cured. However I am in the most terrible condition and need to fight back. I did this exercise for the first time this morning and I could do it from start to finish....once again thank you for your kindness, thoughtfulness and the hope you've given me :-)

    Love these exercises. Hubby and I are in our 70s and with a gradual start we can now do the 15 minutes daily and feel so much better for it. Have tried other on line keep fit workouts but find that this is the best for us. Like it that there are no floor exercises as we both have difficulty getting up and down.

    I've found this routine for my 65 yo mom a few years back, but as I haven't worked out for a while and I wanted to do some exercises during the outbreak, this was just perfect. No strain on my joints, endorphines flowing... :) I'm 39 so not really a senior but this really hit the spot :)

    I’m 70 yrs. old. I’ve been doing various routines from Hasfit for over a year. Along with these exercises I went to a low-carb diet. I’ve lost 36 pounds and feel much better than I have in years. For those just getting started, I would say that Coach does several of the exercises in this routine at a faster clip than most of us can achieve. Don’t be discouraged, just know you just have to do each exercise at YOUR own pace. And his transition from one routine to the next seem hurried at times, but if you do your best, you’ll see results & feel better, too.

    I’m 67 and looking at this video I thought it a bit too easy but I gave it a try. How wrong I was! It’s not difficult but makes you work so that afterwards you feel so much better. Will continue, bring it on!

      Strongly agree with your reply, I felt the same, only change was I increased the dumbbell weight after the first month but the routine has really helped me.

    Thank you for this workout! I am way out of shape and everything else I've tried is so hard I give up. This is the first time I've stayed with something all the way through (and more than once!) AND I can definitely feel it is working. I love your positive attitude and encouragement. Our generation is largely overlooked yet many of us want to get/stay in shape and your videos can actually help us do that. Thank you for your generosity.

    I have viewed several workout videos on UA-cam but this is the best one that I have found. I'm 60 years old and have problems with my knees and arms. I found this workout easy to follow and no pain or strain on my joints. you are a blessing. Thanks for thinking about us mature folks

    I do these exercises every day with the window open. As I go through the workout I feel the my blues fly out the window. These exercises improve mental, as well as physical, health.

    My mom had foot surgery last year and her recovery was not as quick as we expected it therefore she due to not walking a whole lot for the past couple months her body needs some kind of workout.     I still love this workout! I have been doing it almost daily for 2 months and have lost 2 in off my waist. I go for a brisk walk (20 min) after the exercise. I feel SO much better overall. I have been using 3# weights. I am almost 65 and I can see that this has to be part of my daily routine forever. Thanks SO much for these videos! I have shared them on FB with all my friends. Oh, and I am diabetic and this has helped me lower my A1C, my cholesterol, my blood pressure and my kidney function has improved. I still have to eat wisely but exercising helps me to keep focused and not "blow it".

    I've been using these exercises for over a year - usually only 3 or 4 times a week. Since since the Corona-virus lock down (or lock up for us old people) I've been doing it once or twice a day. it has kept me sane. Thank you.

    This workout gives me hope! A few months ago I tried a workout that totally discouraged me, I couldn't finish any part of it.     Approximately four months ago, I found this video. As a 77 year old at that time, I was out of shape as well as carrying too much weight. By watching my diet and using this video, I have lost 25 pounds. I have been maintaining this weight for the passed couple months and use this video every morning before I do anything else for the day. I have tried many other workouts; but, for my age, this one is for me.

    I am female, 65 in Australia and was into body sculpture when in my 40's. However, with back and arthritis flare ups in feet plus a few other issues that come along over time I was looking for an exercise program for my age. I have kicked off each day with you and your work out without the weights. I have them but want to build up gradually. I will introduce the little weights after 5 sessions. Thank you so much. Jan

    Just found this since I can't go to the gym anymore. Coach h is fantastic. I wish you would do more videos for we older folks. I'm in my 50s but still consider myself older and still want to work out and this is fantastic. So glad he's here I really like his style He's very relaxed comfortable reassuring and easy to listen to as opposed to some trainers that is so shrill and intense that it's very difficult to even complete the exercises. Great job.

    I've been looking everywhere for a senior workout I could do at home. After multiple accidents/surgeries/recoveries I had lost so much of my fitness edge. I've searched a LOT for an appropriate workout I can actually do, but with some challenge too. I came upon this one yesterday and tried it. I was impressed with the young trainer, so patient and encouraging, working out "with me," which I wanted. I don't like just pictoral directions with the expectation that I figure it out and do it right. So this is great. Yesterday I didn't finish, but today I did. I'm pumped. Thank you so much. ❤️

    I'm a 34 years old.. I'm 5'9 -5'10ish. I weight over 350 but under 400. So far this workout is about the only one I can do despite it is a senior work out. I do this at least 3 times a week and have seen a serious strength improvement and overall mood improvement. I just wanna thank HASfit and the fellow in the video for putting this out there. It's been a great help to my life and I'm on my way to beating my situation.

    I'm almost 65 and have always been very thin. Because of this I never felt I had to exercise -- wrong! Now that I'm getting older my stamina is poor and my balance is bad. I've been looking everywhere for an beginner's exercise program that I can actually get through without giving up. this fits the bill perfectly! Thank you SO much!

    My wife and I have been doing this for about a year. Much steadier on our feet. Our balance is better too.
