I want to let everyone know that 8 months ago I was not able to walk very far with severe foot pain. I have been doing this practice for the last 8 months and I am able to walk 6 miles a day in the mornings now. I still have discomfort early in the morning, but I am so grateful to be able to walk again. This is not a quick fix but if you stay with the practice, you will notice the difference. Keep being awesome !!! Thank you Sarah!!!

Thank you sooo much for this video. You don't know how much this means to me. I sprained my ankle in June this year. Was bed ridden for a month then found it difficult to walk. Had to relearn to move properly again. I've been able to walk but I could still feel pain I just bared it. Felt like I was just going to have to live my life with this constant pain. This video popped up in my notification and I just tried it. Didn't have hope but thought to do it as my feet deserve some love too ahahah. I kid you not! The pain is gone! As I'm writing this comment I'm walking I cannot feel the ache in my ankle!!! I'm doing this every day God bless you!❤❤

Hi, just for accuracy’s sake…the metatarsals are the bones in the foot and phalanges are the bones in your toes or the toes. Tarsals are the bones in the ankle. Great vid! Thanks!😊

and best practices to ease them,
if is different from this practice?
This is the same practice for bunion relief, it won't necessarily fix them but will help provide relief andI recommend looking into toe spacers to wear in your shoes too, as well as shoes with a wide toe box
