€8,450,000 for a mouse hole. When the try to find furniture which is small that it fit into the space, to look big, then you know you pay something nobody wants. Maybe only as a letter box. Frotdgue and washing machine on the balcony. For €8,450,000 you buy a chateau in the nicer places in France or Dubai, or any place in the world. What a rip off.
To be honest, Monaco is not so appealing to me, but it can be a good option for retirement. At this point, I consider Malta, Cyprus, and Malaysia for tax benefits and lifestyle.
@@well_i_liked_it I just watched another video on Monaco, 56 cool things about Monaco. So, I feel it depends on your age and wealth. If your younger, then Monaco may be less attractive to be but if your older and you like security, safety and good food, events throughout the year and less drama, then I fell Monaco is ideal.
@christopherhurley8694 absolutely none of those things are unique to Monaco. You have the same thing 30 minutes down the road in Nice. Monaco is purely for tax avoidance.
@@well_i_liked_it You have a thing for Nice or you hate Monaco. Get over it. Are you a Marxist? Why do you watch a video concerning Monaco if you hate it? Or you hate wealthy people, in which Nice also has rich people.
Compared what's available in Spain, Italy, Greece or Cyprus for that amount of money, I'd give this apartment a miss unless I have a compelling reason to live in Monaco. It's a question of necessity, not lifestyle choices.
@sanderrecommends Personal preference and choice would be my deciding factors. This apartment's ceilings are low, the sense of limited space reflects the "cramped" image of Monaco. For that amount of money I'd accept a higher tax rate because peace of mind is number one consideration for me. Happy New Year!

Thank you for sharing a beautiful home.😊 Continued success in showing gorgeous properties there and Happy New Years! 🥂 🥂
Beautiful apartment, Thank you Sander. I love Monaco.
You are welcome! Monaco is lovely!
What is so lovely about Monaco? Like Jack Nicolson said its "Alcatraz for the rich". Ugly buildings and nothing to do. Why not live in Nice?

What is the monthly fee with the apartment ?
Is the terrace area in addition to the 206 sq metres?

How would you compare the size, tax, status, social capital?🧐

$ 8 1/2 million Euros and you get a lousy view, no thanks. Would love to see a video on Mareterra.
Mareterra is coming soon, stay tuned! 😉 but prepare your self for it’s prices!
HELLO GOLDEN VOICE FROM LONDON. ITS GOOD PRICE
Thanks 🙏
Geht doch, ich dachte das wäre teurer. Ist ja nichts besonderes, kann sich ja jeder Arbeitnehmer leisten.,wenn er sich etwas einschränkt.
this my house
Looks like a lousy €300,000-€400,000 tops apartment in Dubai.
The kitchen is so awefull small to be honest, i prefer to live in south asia like the Philippines of somewhere else
Marbella and Dubai are much better than monaco !
No, I don't want to live in Monaco
What is your choice?
