I wish that the speakers would repeat the questions from the audience so that we can hear the question before they jump into the answer. Otherwise, great info!

This is very helpful. I just came over from ACX and checking out the audio samples for books on Amazon. Found a review for an audio book where the reviewer didn't like the narration. The narrator was actually very good, but just not the voice or tone for the book subject. It just didn't make sense as I heard the mismatch right away. The book was for young people and the narrator was just not right. I just heard someone who would have been perfect narrating another book.
