      Thank you for the correction. Yes, higher viscosity which means higher resistance.

    Exceptional lecture. You are the ONLY doctor I have knowledge of that has admitted the truth regarding the effects of barometric pressure and to make a video on it as well. I have never seen anyone do a video on this topic. I personally start hurting severely the day before it rains or before a cold front so I always knew all the other doctors were wrong when they say that it's all in your head but we both know the body does not lie. You should be proud of this video doc because this is the video that really stands out.

      Just watched three people + a Dr say how some people are so incredibly sensitive and cannot deal with pressure changes. I’m one of them 😭 two days ago, I began getting a horribleee migraine. Rained the next day. Today it’s nice and sunny, still trying to get this migraine to go away 😩 the pressure change messed me up soooo bad

    At over 65 started the Hyaluronic acid 200 mg a day, has helped bad knee from old surgery and arthritis for me, a 30 yr old friend, massage therapist, now takes and helped her too. The msm helps a little. Have no side effects from Hyaluronic acid and I have touchy stomach. NSAIDS have helped but they destroy kidney, etc. in long run more than helping. Great video.

    Atmospheric head aches were common for me while living on the east coast. We moved to the west were less storms come through & headaches lessened unless a snow storm comes through. Another informative podcast. Thank you.

    If you want less pain and less arthritis cut out all sugar in your diet you can use a natural sweetener in stead like stevia that’s what I’ve used for the last decade it works cuts down on most inflammation massively.

    I now take NAC and Quercetin because of your videos. I began taking these supplements for immune support and noticed that the pain in my back and joints is greatly diminished. I have been physically disabled for over 19 years because of pain. I get better pain relief from these 2 supplements than I from Dilaudid and Celebrex! Thank you for making these videos!

      NAC better than Dilaudid for pain ? That's definitely questionable

      @@pabloblanco2656I have taken a variety of narcotics for 20 years. When you take them long term they do not give the same pain relief unless you continue to increase the dose. I won't be a slave to them ever again. The inflammation from botched surgery is the cause of my pain and this why both NAC and Quercetin are helping me, so your opinion of my statement being questionable is wrong.

    • @pabloblanco2656
      @pabloblanco2656 2 роки тому +1

      @@briangressel8342 no my statement was not wrong. It was an opinion and a question which are bssed on facts that Dilaudid is one of the strongest pain meds and it was also based on your statement that supplements work better. After reading your reply now I am certain that your statement is incorrect because supplements wear off just like anything else taken for long term.

      @@pabloblanco2656 First of all I did not say NAC was better than Dilaudid for pain. I said that I get better pain relief from NAC and Quercetin than Dilaudid and Celebrex. I was not giving advice. I was thanking the Dr for his work. I know how strong Dilaudid is, however when it is prescribed you are not given an equal milligram dose as compared to Oxycodone or morphine for exampke. You are given a relative dose that is effective for you. If you are prescribed 30 mg of Morphine and you are switched to Dilaudid the usual dose is 4 mg. Good day.

    I love how you've included turmeric and fish oil as treatments. My GP denies any foods help. Saying 'if a cure for arthritis were found it would make the finder rich'. But I continue to take vitamins D&E, and Omega 3's. I did use turmeric for a while, ran out and determined to eat more curries (but I haven't). However I hate fish, that's why I take fish oil in capsules. The only kind of fish I enjoy are crustaceans!! Gimme lobster not ruddy salmon!! : D

    I have osteoarthritis started in my big toe, and both hands. When I wake up in the morning, especially if I've been working hard the previous days, and/or I haven't taken all my omega 3 supplements, my hands hurt and are stiff. It takes them 1 1/4 hrs to wake up, my whole self really. I'm real slow in the morning these days, and I'm only 50. Doing a plunge of my hands into a sinkful of hot water in the morning also fixes them and gets the joints flexing again. It's a bummer as like working with my hands, probably why they are wearing out so early. Too much hard work. : /

      IF you know for sure it's the result of scar tissue than get Serrepeptidase and it will break down the scar tissue and if it doesn't help alleviate the pain than it's probably not the result of scar tissue.
