growing up my mom was the biggest elvis fan on earth. She used to play his music nonstop to the point that I hated it. Now that she is gone I listen to elvis a lot and it takes me back to that place. I also now see why this man will never truly die.

A lot of people don't know that the doctor that did her surgery that screwed her up was arrested and lost his license he injected cement in her face and did other things. She's been trying to fix it ever sense. She did not intend to look that way

I've been to Graceland twice. I love Graceland. But, I never thought :oh my God such opulence. I thought...wow..he was different...and real.

Priscilla does'nt even look like the same woman anymore - as for Lisa Marie - Elvis must be proud he produced the most beautiful looking woman in the world. I think she is gorgeous.
She is so much more than her outer looks thou. That's what he would be proud of. A pretty face isn't who a person actually is inside. This way of thinking is what drives us women to seek what Priscilla got done to her face. She's close to 70 yrs old if not already. Now being made fun of for her looks.. people would have anyway because her younger years... would always be compared to how she looks now. Aged and wrinkled or botox.. Same judgment. So she might as well do what makes her comfortable in her own skin. We ladies really need to support eachother instead of tearing down everything we can. I saw Elvis at Madison Square Garden in 1972. His performance was electrfying. Elvis was and is one of a kind. No entertainer did it like Elvis, and none ever will, his singing voice was second to none, and even up until the end, his voice never failed him.

You may have misread my comment. I saw Elvis live at Madison Square Garden in 1972. I think it was on June 10th to be exact. Elvis's people recorded that concert live. I think the album is called "Live At Madison Square Garden". I would have been a little too young to have seen Elvis perform in the 50s. I wasn't around until 1949.

I wish Elvis would have been able to live a long life with Priscilla & Lisa. Seeing them age and if he got to with them just it's Beautiful. I wish they would have gotten that.

Yes, Relentess. I agree, Elvis possessed a GREAT voice and people put do him up on a pedestal, but Elvis changed the world in the '50s. He was and remains a cultural icon. His music and work brings joy to millions, and he inspires us to do our best. Many of us have a life thanks to seeing the heights a poor, country boy from Tupelo, MS climbed to fame and fortune.
