Thanks. This brought back memories of growing up in North Dryburgh Road, West Coltness, near Wishaw in the 1960s thru mid 1980s. Some places I remember are still there, but many have changed (The Commercial Hotel husnae half goat posh 😮). Nice to see Chapman's the butcher is still there (does it still have sawdust on the floor?), and Girdwoods Bar where I mis-spent a lot of my youth. ' Have lived in the USA for many years now, but still remember Wishaw (mostly) fondly.
Heard the heavy breathing at times. I would be alot worse, especially "climbing" up Hill Street 🙂 Looks like a nice, but cold day. All that walking would certainly warm you up..🙂
some great characters in wishy like the guy with a beard walking and wondering around the main streeet? the wee angry guy on a noisy blue motorbike and wullie the litter lout who you will see in the mornings around 7am

Well that was good. I don't live there now and I can moan about it, but if anyone else does I get very defensive
