Hey Sammy hope you had a fantastic birthday and really enjoyed going to see the Godfather in the cinema 😻 What an amazing film to see on the big screen, you’re so right that they never make films like that anymore! Even the best of today’s films don’t hold a candle to The Godfather unfortunately. You got some fantastic pick ups there, I’m definitely going to pick up Ikiru , you’ve sold it to me 🙏🏻 Also I’ve never seen Unforgiven either which is a crime 😂 We have to rectify that ASAP. Hello Jodie; thanks ever so much for stopping by 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶 It was my B’day last Sunday and had a great time; I saw ‘Nosferatu’ at Cameo in Edinburgh 😀🍿🧛♂️ I been so fortunate to seen GF twice on the big screen now Jodie; I absolutely adore both the first & second film ❤️🖤🌹 Whilst there still some great movies in modern times Jodie; like you say; it just can’t compete with that level of quality indeed; phenomenal film; the book is fantastic aswell just to add 😀🍿📚❤️🖤🌹🎸🎶 Thanks so much for the kind words Jodie; ‘Ikiru’ is absolutely amazing and quite possibly one of the greatest films I seen TBH 😀🙌 Very deeply moving; but incredible aswell Jodie; if you love what you seen from Akira Kurosawa; I can’t recommend that enough 😊 I’m hoping to finally watch ‘Unforgiven’ tonight; heard it’s meant to be like one of the greatest films ever apparently?! 😱🤩 I have had such a great time rebuilding the VHS collection and I don’t know if you collect VHS aswell Jodie; but it be cool to see what titles you owne on the format; as it’s a fantastic format to collect; so nostalgic aswell; got a VHS TV set up recently aswell 😀🍿📼📺👌 Have an amazing weekend and keep up the awesome work on the channel 🙌
