I like how you defend people as not being unreasonable. It's very generous and compassionate.

you assumed a phone call. In that you assumed that the doctor did everything correctly and the patient was wrong. This actually makes the patient more angry. my example though was a doctor asked me to come in at a specific time for a test. That doctor did not put it in the computer. So this I got a belligerent attitude and tell me if there is no order for this. I did not like her attitude had to make sure you was self-righteous and the authority. You're right, that no one hikes 2 have you had a little point. Patients give over their control The strangers in my case this nurse was completely wrong. She spoke to the nurse who made the appointment for me. That nurse said Yes we made that appointment yesterday and gave me the test. So she did not apologize for her error and rude tine it's a patient one could take their business somewhere else. You are in need. But also have options you are desperately taking time out of your day to meet this need and the convenience of the doctor. So that was a little bit disappointed by your yes patients are stressed out but they can also be right.

Really not sure what point you are trying to make here. This is a training video for healthcare staff, of course it won’t reflect every possible situation
