Fender acquired PreSonus recently. So, on the PreSonus interfaces the input jacks have all been designed by Fender. I bet the electronics on Fender products are getting improved as well. Seems like Fender and Gibson are trying to get all manufactures into one house like Amp makers and Computer music companies. This is to make everything you need from instrument to recorded music within one company.

What I think the next device update would be putting a micro SD card slot for direct recording when inspiration hits with no phone. Can save a raw file to edit later in a Daw. Just a thought

To date I have yet to find anything that can match the Boss Waza Air headphones with its spation audio support. I'm hoping Fender would be at least comparable, but I don't see anyone reviewing that
I think a company should make a Blu tooth version where the input jack is just a jack with a bit to grab and remove from instrument. the jack can connect to a piece like a walkman with a clip that headphones can plug into that controls the sound and such. kind of like a Blutooth headphone amp.
The WAZA Air are pretty close to that. I think all the controls and FX processsing are in the headphones, and the only thing that plugs into the guitar is transmitter. Of course you’re stuck using their headphones, but they aren’t bad! Cheers!
