This was more mental than physical. Doing that swing and squat over and over again really pushed my mental limits. But overall, thanks for all these free mind blowing exercises, thank you very much.
here to say the same exact thing lol. Doing the same exercise that many times was horrible for my ADHD brain. Usually look up ( no repeat ) workouts to keep my head focused on the workout and not talking myself into it.
One thing that helped me is I switched out 2/3 dumbbell swings for incline dumbbell press. So every 3rd set of swings I would actually do the swings. Helps the workout be more complete cuz you sure blast the legs a lot in this one so it’s nice to get some chest work in as well

My favorite part about this workout is that if you do this on the regular and increase your weights, it never really becomes easier. I’ve dropped minutes of my 2-3 mile time since starting this over a year ago and this workout still kicks my ass. It’s a staple in my training 100%

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

you have no fucking clue what you are talking about! This Dan is the only guy who has this much belly fat and isnt even that lean, but does so much HIIT. Why you might ask, because he is killing (not in the good way) the leg muscles every god damn video! This guy doesnt know how to do a fucking HIIT without overloading the leg muscles. People are not able to perform other excersies properly, such as mt. climbers, because of leg fatigue. I can guarantee that just by watching couple of his vids!!! Ive been doing high level CrossFit from 2005-2008 and since then and until 2017 semi-pro MMA, so hate on this comment as much as you like. He couldnt touch me in my prime! Instead of doing for example arm circles (so simple, yet effective in certain situations) after planks or other arm/shoulder/chest based exercises, he as always goes for another and 24675th in a row leg routine....A joke, a pathetic joke

I did not love this workout in any way but I know my body will thank me, or hate me tomorrow, whichever. But it’s for my own good so, thank you. Felt like my back was about to break after those dumbbell swing supersets.

Hands down the hardest workout I've ever done, 13kg and 9kg dumbbells. I straight up didnt think I'd be able to finish it at about 60% through. Had a 40 second regroup and pushed through it. Those dumbbell swings and goblets were absolutely soul destroying, coupled with the 15 second rest periods! There's just something about you and your workouts though that motivate me to get it done. I think its because you don't speak, its like just get it done, the only person you're competing with is yourself man. Thanks so much for these amazing programs which make me want to better myself every day.

Never disappoints. I love his work outs. Truly amazing. I do most of these at the gym and get tons of looks (not b/c of me but b/c of the workouts)

Wow that's an awesome workout...cme dripping with sweat. Though I had to change the weights time and again to catch up with exercises. Quite a fast pace for senior like me 😊😉. But it still got through it. Thanks you much for ur channel. It's worth every sweat. Cheers😉😊👍💪
This was fabulous- those goblet squats and dumbbell swings got me real tired. Couldnt keep up with the breaks but def a great set of exercises
This is a tough workout, but it's all about progress! Great job pushing through to the end... that's what matters most!
