    This was more mental than physical. Doing that swing and squat over and over again really pushed my mental limits. But overall, thanks for all these free mind blowing exercises, thank you very much.

      here to say the same exact thing lol. Doing the same exercise that many times was horrible for my ADHD brain. Usually look up ( no repeat ) workouts to keep my head focused on the workout and not talking myself into it.

      One thing that helped me is I switched out 2/3 dumbbell swings for incline dumbbell press. So every 3rd set of swings I would actually do the swings. Helps the workout be more complete cuz you sure blast the legs a lot in this one so it’s nice to get some chest work in as well

    Thanks Dan, the shed 1 is my first program with you. Day 25 was a slobbernocker! I'm 73, former triathlete, and switched to weight training 12 years ago. Finished this at 8 am and will sleep sound tonight! 👍

    I have been training with Dan for over a year and honestly it has transformed my entire life! This may sound dramatic but at 43, I am the fittest & sharpest I have ever been, this has had a massive impact on mental wellness and outlook on life in general.
    It all started with this video, I still do it weekly along with days of Dans 30 min chest / arms / core & cardio.
    After over a year this Hiit still challenges me every time 😅. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤ Dan.

    Thank you so much for your videos. I find them extremely helpful where you have the descriptions and the timing. I appreciate that you actually do the workout instead of just listing the exercises in a bland list. It also helps extremely that there is no talking throughout. At least it helps me, and I can see how the movements should look.

    Alright Dan!!! Just ran the Earthday 5K this am at Biosphere 2 in Tucson, AZ and got 1st place in my age group (40-50 yrs). All I have been doing is your 6 week shred and BOOMMM! Your are killing it bro! Thank you!!!

    My favorite part about this workout is that if you do this on the regular and increase your weights, it never really becomes easier. I’ve dropped minutes of my 2-3 mile time since starting this over a year ago and this workout still kicks my ass. It’s a staple in my training 100%

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

      you have no fucking clue what you are talking about! This Dan is the only guy who has this much belly fat and isnt even that lean, but does so much HIIT. Why you might ask, because he is killing (not in the good way) the leg muscles every god damn video! This guy doesnt know how to do a fucking HIIT without overloading the leg muscles. People are not able to perform other excersies properly, such as mt. climbers, because of leg fatigue. I can guarantee that just by watching couple of his vids!!! Ive been doing high level CrossFit from 2005-2008 and since then and until 2017 semi-pro MMA, so hate on this comment as much as you like. He couldnt touch me in my prime! Instead of doing for example arm circles (so simple, yet effective in certain situations) after planks or other arm/shoulder/chest based exercises, he as always goes for another and 24675th in a row leg routine....A joke, a pathetic joke

    One of my fitness goals this year is to complete this routine at least once a month and every time I dread the day it will come, but once it's done I feel like Superman.
    Those dumbbell swings every couple of exercises are something else.

    I did not love this workout in any way but I know my body will thank me, or hate me tomorrow, whichever. But it’s for my own good so, thank you.
    Felt like my back was about to break after those dumbbell swing supersets.

    This 60 year old Nana did your workout with 15lb weights. I've been exercising using many of your videos for the past couple months and I've gone from 8lb weights to now 15. Thanks for sharing. Oh and I'm seeing my muscles when I flex. 😊

    Hands down the hardest workout I've ever done, 13kg and 9kg dumbbells. I straight up didnt think I'd be able to finish it at about 60% through. Had a 40 second regroup and pushed through it. Those dumbbell swings and goblets were absolutely soul destroying, coupled with the 15 second rest periods! There's just something about you and your workouts though that motivate me to get it done. I think its because you don't speak, its like just get it done, the only person you're competing with is yourself man. Thanks so much for these amazing programs which make me want to better myself every day.

    boy, what a killer! that was like 150 goblet squats and 240 swings.... thanks for your awesome content!! been doing a lot of your DB workouts recently. i would love to see some resistance band workouts to switch it up, finding it hard to get creative with bands myself.

    I’ve done three of these now. All different and enjoyable. The format works well. However, it says right side and you do the left side- don’t forget the image is switched. Maybe you could change the writing to reflect the side we’re seeing? I’m female,nearly 60 ! And loved it.

    over a month a I guess, I have been following the mixed routine all over the channel, thought i would make it easily, but definitely It's forcing me to take a break a bit longer after 30 odd minutes!! You made me feel frustrated, that's what a real good workout makes you feel like!!

    This was brutal! After 30mins I had to change the swings to bench press as my legs and core were on fire. I needed a couple breaks along the way but got there! Thanks for the workout Dan!

    Smashed it toady Coach and i really enjoyed it. I think the annoyance some have of the goblet squat actually spurned me on to keep the momentum up as they are hardcore after a few times. I did though and I was really sweating by the end of the workout it felt amazing. BIG UP this channel!!

    Wow that was intense! When I started this 6 week program I don’t t think I could of finished that work out and I crushed it today! Thanks for the work you put into the program, I wake up every morning excited to work out before I head to work!

    Day 25 done, Woww it's a sweaty hitt full body workout, .I am so tired, that goblet squat killed me, Man how much times did we do goblet? Amazing you are pushing us more n more dan, My blls are joined like twins due to sweat 🤣🤣🤣🤣 , Happy weekend mate🙏
