I love this recipe for mango amchar, I am in Tdad right now and got long mangoes and made it to back to Florida. Yummy
U gotta love natasha 🇹🇹 mango these days extremely sour so i boiled mine with some sugar also. Happy 2023 dewali Natasha ..
Made it. Love it. I recently waited 10 years to taste my grandmothers talkari again. Now I can make it myself lol. Thanks so much love ♥️
This recipe is EVERYTHING!! Thank you!
Thank you enjoy!
Tried this recipe today, came out great, thanks alot...
I have cooked it for some India Indians and they loved it. Yes I used Granny Smith apples, they are the green sour ones. I do NOT pre boil them. It softens quickly when they hit the heat, so I have to move quickly.
The granny smith apples taste just like mango.
Thank you l made it my husband likes it
I jush love to look at Natasha when she cooks and learn so much
Thanks hun.
I just made this! It came out GREAT!!! I had to add more sugar to mine though.
Just made it for the first time it's great I didn't have the seeds and I put onion powder instead booom
Professional here and she loves what she does best I always enjoy watching you cooking I learn a lot from you
Looks yummy. ❤
Love Amchar Mango! Thanks for sharing!
I followed this recipe to a T with the exception of chadonbeni. I added flavor peppers parsley celery and mint and boy was this delicious.
No i don't like it, that's the worst recipe ever it was back to front
How do you store it? I'm in London, UK
I makes mines just so but thanks anyway 😌
😮😯😯😮😘😘😀😀
Oh my goodness thank you I made this tonight and it was fabulous even though I didn’t get the seeds
👌
Good consistency I’m feeling like curry leaves are missing though 👍
How long will it last after cooking?
I made this recipe, but instead of the mango, I used braeburn apples. This came out so amazing! I don't really get nice mangoes here where I am in Europe, but apples are in abundance.
I made it to go along with your pholourie recipe, which is now my go to recipe whenever I am craving pholourie. Also, I made it a little bit saucy for us to dip.
+Malissa A that's really nice, I do have a mango chutney for pholourie to dip you should check out that video under condiments
@MOVIE MADNESS hi did you burn the garlic? You have to add enough sugar to balance it out also.
@MOVIE MADNESS ok great!!!!!
I tried it annit came out great ..ty
I would like to know how to make curry mango
ua-cam.com/video/Y-yBrGhIizw/v-deo.html
Hi trini I did the mangos and it came out boss. I love it
Stringy mango takkari is it.... Hahahahaha. Mango achar is something else. I remember, grate the mango and sun it until it dry. Then, masala, salt, pepper and mustard oil. It's a condiment like British mango chutney for cream cheese sandwich. I know, I know.... Hahahahaha
Thank you,as for some they cannot cook
Thanks much Natasha, I will look out for it.
Like it,thank you
Natasha, I have finally found the recipe I wanted. Thank you so much! You should do a curry mango recipe
For those who really do not like amchar masala. It's only a suggestion, so it's all up to you. Thanks again for
all the other recepies. . I appreciate them.
will do it's on my list!
Awesome video...i prefer sweet anchor, and lately I’ve made it with the addition of curry....my problem was i would fry up the masala which made it grainy hence the reason i looked at this video....a Guyanese grocery store on Jamaica and 183rd sells chopped up frozen mango...such a God send. No more pulp only mango, these are stringy just like home and shipped from Guyana.
Hi, Natasha --- thanks for sharing this great mango amchar recipe. Btw, if someone wanted to make a batch of mango amchar but with a firmer texture, I'm assuming that they would simply just boil the mangoes for a much shorter time, right? Maybe 3 to 5 mins? What're your thoughts on how to make the end product a bit firmer texture?
Thanks. And again, great instructional vid. I could almost smell that wonderful aroma on my end....lol
Hi wanna try making this recipe but the first ingredient do you have this in Trinidad? or is it not necessary if it doesn't

hi natasha this not the same as the mango you would get at a wedding rite?
can you add a video of the sweet mango takarie? the dark one.

Hi if I can't get green mangoes would you recommend green apples to make the talkarie
Resa Vilama sure you can use those.
Would I cook it the same way as if using the mango? Do I need to boil the apples first? Ty so much
Resa Vilama yes boil the apples until tender crisp.
