Love your style of cooking but I enjoyed seeing the way the mangoes was chopped many years ago I chopped the top of my finger. Where did you get the chopper. Did you make it or was it bought in TT. Love your mango anchar.

There was an old lady who sold the anchar at The San Juan market back in the 60's,it was passed on to her daughter and grandson..they would sell out in about two hours...don't know if the grandson still sells it....

You can always use gear powder a tiny bit of curry if you are not able to get anchor masala for now. It won't be exactly the same, but it will be close.

I been making these but when I put them in 5×8 plastic bag the nex day it spoil .. I dont understand it... can somebody help me?
The mango has to cool completely before you put it in a plastic bag, you also have to keep it in the fridge. Let me know if this helps.
