Quite the art. Reminds me of my days attempting to straighten bicycle rims. Adjust one spoke, another area magically becomes more out of round. I was never very good at it personally, but some people just a knack for it. Surprised this shop didn't repair the nail puncture while the tire was already off.

@dougr3715 no the part of the wheel that hold the tire is the bead. A rim is the outer part of a wheel that is built with spokes and a hub. Like a motorcycle wheel or bicycle wheel or an old wagon wheel built with multiple pieces.
