almost all of the problems described with regards to modular iron man could be solved by giving him a quick bath in hot water and moving the articulation around. the wobbly legs you can solve by removing the legs from the torso and putting some glue on the sockets and letting it completely dry before putting them back. that modular iron man is hands down the best iron man figure ever made
The wobbly legs can be fixed with Kiki's Loose Joint fix, no need to take anything apart. A couple drops in the hips and it would be good to go, nice and tight.
That's more work than you should need to do to a figure that is meant to work out of the box. also the shoulder isn't just stiff, the plastic armour on top sits too high and interferes with the movement as it slides in to the shoulder. I would need to buy a new figure but I'm not going to reward the poor QC with making a double purchase.

Dave you should keep the shield from Wolf Cap so you have a shield without holes for your new 20th anniversary Cap. Just knock off a few dollars. There is still purchase value in the alternate wolf head. That shield matches the new Caps colors almost exactly.
David should make a video where he puts these figures on their knees and executes them one by one, with a big "SOLD!" coming up and his voice like in games that go "HEADSHOT!" and "DOUBLE-KILL!"
If anyone is wondering why David hasn't made a video today (yet), it is because David sold everything there was to talk about and all his future video ideas too. The shipping cost for those was also enormous for some reason, but I guess they were pretty weighty ideas (which we'll never know!)

I wondered if he was on his Twitch Channel today or something, but he should probably announce it here first and lead people there from here whenever he does it (at least until it is better established). I also hope he doesn't take it too seriously or get stressed at all when people leave comments critical of his content or his selling stuff or anything because it is all in good fun, even though there may be some genuine kooks out there who think it is actually any of their business what he buys and sells lol For this video, I actually think everything he talked about made sense, practically all the stuff he is selling is stuff I'd probably sell too if I felt the same way as him about the stuff, and I do feel the same way about most of the stuff he mentioned. I arrived back on UA-cam several times today to check if David had posted anything (I think he should pre-film a number of videos on his day off, and then schedule them to release automatically throughout the week, even multiple a day possibly, but even one a day can fine, or one a week if he really doesn't have any time at all. Basically, David's videos are my only form of online entertainment and social interaction online. I haven't watched Netflix or Amazon Prime stuff for a while now, and I haven't been watching any movies or shows or anything. What I have been doing though is looking if there is anything urgent seeming to burn the rest of my now 135 CAD on (I bought a custom kit-bash Punisher for around 65 CAD). I'm working with a Canadian seller on potentially buying a bunch of things from them, but that might have to wait until next month. Also, my 200 CAD limit can grow if I don't spend the whole 200 CAD in a month, so the 135 left (for example) would carry on to add to next month's 200 CAD set aside for entertainment type purchases like toys. 200 CAD a month is ultimately quite a lot. 2400 CAD is 1888 USD, and 2000 CAD is 1574 USD. Most of the stuff I'm ending up buying, like when it is custom stuff, ends up being like 60 dollars or so. Most regular figures are now costing me like 35 to 45 CAD. The Dark Trooper for example would be roughly 46 CAD plus shipping which can also cost a bit. I might skip it altogether, but I came back to UA-cam today to check out if there are any reviews showing the figure in-hand yet. It would be arriving with my pre-orders from Big Bad Toy Store in May (All the 20th Anniversary figures), but Big Bad Toy Store has a deal where they can be delayed, and my pre-order stuff also counts again my 200 CAD a month thing, so I wouldn't be able to buy anything else those months. For fun, I have been looking at a lot of figures (as usual), and discovered some cool series that I hadn't seen or thought of getting before. I am usually looking for both militaristic figures or gun wielding sorts of characters and civilian types of characters and costumes, for more "Real World" types of set ups. If I spend a little more within this month, I'm usually pressured more by time sensitive deals or one-of-a-kind types of figures and customizations that might disappear (by getting sold) and never be found or made again. Then there are some things which pop up at a good price that might not be seen again. Generally I hate being pressured. I like the idea that things will just sit around until I can comfortably get them, and there is no urgency, and they will always be available, even if someone else buys them too. I've had some things sitting in my Ebay saved list for a long time now, maybe even years at this point haha, but I'm comforted by the things that are so weird and obscure that they never even sell. I dislike going into the hundreds for a single figure, or even multiples, unless they are multiples that I want most or especially all of them. I really preferred a time a few years ago (which still may not have been the best time, but was still better than more recent years), where things on Ebay were sometimes extremely cheap and seemingly under-valued, and people were offering really great deals, but since then a lot of costs have gone way up, and the price of shipping seems to have also gone up a lot too. That didn't stop me though, from practically anything, but I might almost wish it did! I like and approve of David changing the way he might be thinking about these things, and showing people that they too may wish to clean up some of their space and make a little cash (for more new stuff potentially) while they are at it! I think the best home for toys are places where the people will really make use of them, will display them and gain a lot from viewing them, and where the people might even play with them too and really enjoy them and love them basically. The only person truly capable of that is me, so everyone should send me their toys! Haha, but in reality, there is so much I wouldn't want, and that even makes me feel good, that even though I like so much stuff, there is a whole lot I also don't like and would never buy or want around. The decision making process is fun for me, where I look at things and think to myself what I could do with them or make of them and how they work on my imagination and excite me, and which I'd never like to see around and why. I like hearing about such from others too! Something is really fun for me about exploring my own thinking and the thinking of other people and organizing and making decisions, ranking and ordering things, introspecting and analyzing myself to see how much something excites me and why it may be doing so, and what things I end up not liking. So many of the figures David showed, I would've skipped on in the first place because of how they look and how little I can do with them (since I like characters that can function as multiple things potentially and feature in multiple imaginary stories or scenes, so very specific or very bold looking figures sometimes can be jarring or otherwise very limited in what kind of stories they may seem to comfortably fit in for me). Yes I give props to Dave for selling as I have yet to do that with my excess of props and figures. I think many are in the same boat. I am looking at a punisher bulk deal on Mercari now (want the SEGA punisher video game look). I also would like some dark troopers (need mangled ones like the neca foot soilders). I feel ya on the financial struggle and preorders on BBTS hitting all at once (making me feel like a financial degenerate hahaha). Paypal credit is good... and bad. I have learned my lesson as I pay off the new stuff but trying to cancel what I can. I agree Dave's channel is great, just something good about him being natural and us relating to him. It should open up room for more toys potentially too! If they really are just hidden away in a storage bin or something, they should ideally go to someone who will be using them and enjoying them and ideally keeping them on display and even playing around with them. Hidden away in a bin all piled up is probably among the less desirable destinations for them. It would've been nice to have these accessible for stories and performances using them, but David does just fine without them as well, through pictures and making faces and voicing characters.
Tbh I'd keep Kang and Firestar because they'll be hard to find later imo. Regardless I do hope you get your monies worth for the upcoming releases which I admit look awesome. I preordered the new waves off BBTS along retro Rhino. So looking forward to this year's figures releases.
Ahh I sold all my collection a year or so ago but seeing your videos make me miss it. I promised myself I'd not collect ever again as I have already done this 3 times.. But its nice watching these videos to remind me why I started collecting in the first place.

How old were you when you first started collecting and what led to it, what did you accumulate in order from first to last as best you recall, where did you buy from and how did you get it from year to year or month to month, what led you to stop the first collecting bout and what age were you, what did you do with the collection, how long before you started collecting again, how many years or months gap was there and what led to it, what did you start collecting, what feelings do you get through every step of the process, finding things, buying things, having them at home, opening them, setting them up, playing with them, and anything else you may have done like photographing them, selling them or giving them away, and remembering them? All the same questions again as to how long it lasted, what you got in order from first to last as best you can recall and how much you got and how much you spent roughly and you can include also how much you made from selling it all each time too. Then a third section of all the same questions and a request for all information possible, what led to it again, what you got, how long it lasted, how much you spent, what led to the sell of, and all the other details just like the other two sections. Why did you promise never to collect? Why do you do this, do you think? Why do you treat it this way? Like, what you described in your comment seemed like a very extreme way of going about things and dealing with things, also how is all this being paid for and what factors make you feel averse to the collecting and collection and convince you to do away with it and compel you or pressure you to promise yourself not to do so again? Can't believe some of the characters your getting rid of. Personally, I'd keep Iron Fist, Kang, Taskmaster, and Scorpion. That Iron Fist is great and will always sell. Kang and Taskmaster I don't see getting better versions. Scorpion will probably get another release. But I wouldn't let him go to a new one is confirmed.

Yeah, some of these make no sense to get rid of. Getting Galactus, but getting rid of High Evolutionary? Someone needs to read the original run of Fantastic Four number 175. Of course, Dave doesnt put a premium on the FF. Until I discovered Xmen in later 70s, FF was my fav comic growing up. I started paring down my collection. Sold the first of what will be 20 plus Mezco figs today. Intend to get rid of a number of Legends as well, although most my cut back will come in way of MCU figs.
@@evanhuff682 Same thoughts here. Like you said, any real collection in Marvel, shouldnt exclude the core characters even if they're lack luster in paint or articulation. Alter those lazy figs yourself of have someone customize them. I bought Galactus as well, and I collected 3 quarters figs up until the last runs and I think Galactus will scale more realistically with them now. I'd enjoy seeing a new Annihilus also...🍻
I don't know what double penetration is or means, but I think of it as an awkward way of referring to double dipping. Sloppy seconds, which I also don't know what it means, seems to mean something similar. Is pornography just clips from the Food Network?
This is why your channel is amazing. Keeping it real. You need room and money so you need to sell easy as that. For me personally I love when collections are a bit smaller, clean and each character you have has meaning behind it. Keep up the great work!!

I'm with you on Quasar. I got caught up in all the hype, and bought him just because I thought "if I don't get him now, I'll never be able to get him!" No attachment to him whatsoever though... 🤔
@@Diesel0306 Do you think that the new Iron Man looks enough like Bronson, even though he is smiling? It might be the closest we get for now until some actor might pop up in Star Wars that resembles him or something. Quasar looks like Robert Redford to me and I like collecting celebrity looking head sculpts so I can have them "play" different characters. The new Loki looks like Chris Noth to me but isn't an independent head sculpt (because the helmet his attached). One of the earlier Star-Lord figures looks like Luke Perry. I have a lot of fun exploring these figures and what they could work as. I noticed that an unpainted Count Dooku head looked like a sort of older, melted, Nicholas Cage, which could work with the right paint applied. Some figure probably looks like Clint Eastwood (at some age), that might be good one. The more handsome Frank Castle The Punisher faces seem to resemble a young Frank Frazetta. I want to see if I can get hold of a Stane body sculpt for a normal sized or tallish lighter skinned body, and I've gotten the Samuel L. Jackson in Captain Marvel as Nick Fury figure for a darker suited male, and then I'd get maybe the Ghost two pack which comes with a suited guy with a light tan skin, but I think he might be really short possibly. For big muscular guys, there is the tan Rage, the lighter skinned Nuke, and I'm not sure about a shirtless darker skinned body yet. I like to make as much use as possible out of the figures, so as much as they can "play" various roles, that increases the value a lot for me!
I'm still tempted by Quasar, but when I actually saw him in store, I didn't really like the face and overall look. Didn't look like the comics Quasard I envisionned.

Most of those characters you featured, I never got in the first place! lol I can see about the extended X family though, most those other characters were never introduced in the 90's animated series. Therefore not directly related to the classic main Blue & Gold teams of Lee & Claremont. I'm still keeping my extended X teams, in the mean time. Meanwhile, I should probably see if I can down size even more, just to tighten that focus & like you, save space, time & money.
Just my two cents, but I think you'd regret selling Firestar before completing your New Warriors line-up, and she's actually not that bad in a flight stand. Kang and Taskmaster, you might also regret too simply because I don't see them getting other comics-accurate versions soon. Since you're such a huge Spider-Man fan, especially before 2000, I do think you should keep that classic Punisher figure because he first appeared in the Spider-Man comics even though you prefer the modern, gritter version. Heck, I'd even fit him with the Spidey villains. Black Panther and Quicksilver, such important and essential Marvel characters might be bad idea to get rid of, not just because they were Avengers some of the time. Then again, you got rid of Hawkeye and Vision so never mind. ;-) I think your criterias for getting rid of most of the figures were justified. I do wish you could get a bigger space. Hmm... you'll probably be able to afford a bigger place someday and so perhaps you could keep a few more "essentials" in containers even though they're not displayed at the moment? Cheers!

Thinking that unfortunately, packs with 2 males and one female sell better than packs with 2 females and one male. Ok, thinking of Excalibur here.
P.S. I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I had a suggestion for a new video that I'd love to see you do: "Marvel's Missing in Action (figure form"), and it would focus on missing original team members of famous teams, those that have not been made in Marvel Legends form by Hasbro. The original rosters only. Just off the top of my head, you'd have New Warriors (Justice, Namorita), Excalibur (Rachel Summers), X-Force (Feral), first Peter David's X-Factor (Wolfsbane), West Coast Avengers (Mockingbird in original costume), "all-new, all-original" X-Men (Banshee) and New Mutants (Cannonball and Sunspot in original costumes). You could even have an extra video or two by focusing on lesser known teams (Nextwave) or supervilain teams. Would be neat to see the Hasbro version of a figure if one was made. It would require research, but I'd love to see your take on that subject. Cheers!

lol, what is your preferred cut off date for stopping accepting their fiddling? I stop for Star Wars in the 90s before Episode 1, but I also don't acknowledge Lucas changing things in his re-releases either mainly. For Marvel, I stop with the various animated series in the 90s too, and I don't accept much later either, such as the Roderick Kingsley story even though the original writer wanted it, phooey! I prefer a more Evil Magneto as compared to Claremont's more "justified" "understandable" "toned down" Magneto. Sometimes Retcons can be nice and helpful. I liked that Boba Fett was brought out of the Pit by writers like Kevin J. Anderson and stuff like that, if that counts as a retcon, I guess it kind of doesn't too, but basically saved a great character that everyone loved and thought was so cool (for barely doing anything, which is what David would like to achieve as well). In fact, all this selling of toys can be considered Boba trying to climb out of the pit (or sandy space anus) that he ended up falling into! Everything seemed to increasingly (for me at least) start sucking more and more around the late 90s and at the close of the 90s, and definitely, every year, since the 2000s and beyond, until it became total trash at this time, like unbearable seeming in so much media. One thing that seemed to be pretty cool or improved in a lot of ways though were toys (sometimes, even though there were absolutely awesome ones throughout the past as well). Sometimes, re-designs and improvements were very welcome, but other times they totally seemed to defy any concern about the characters origins or have any respect for original elements of characters (that made them colorful, campy, or fun). I'm glad that Daddy Mag is a Daddy Again, maybe Daddy David with be a Toy Daddy Again after giving all his little dead children away for adoption to surely un-loving parents (who won't provide the toys with blankets of dust to keep warm with).
I only collect spider people and the classic 616 Spider-Man villains, I might buy a few of the movie villains in the no way home wave but it not something I really need in my collection
Back many years ago, when I only had 55 Avengers, (I now have 75), an appraiser offered me $550 for them. Of course, I considered this an insult and I wasn't interested in selling them anyway. I didn't really say anything back to him, but I was insulted by what I considered a very lowball offer.

Maybe if David buys more toys again, his hair will come back (which may even happen due to naturally reducing testosterone levels, as testosterone is linked to hair thinning and hair loss, while toy collecting has been linked to family and friends loss).
Back when I had 50 Avengers I was offered $500 for them. I now have 74 different Avengers on Earth 616 and they are now more authentic as I finally, finally got an actual Quasar! YES! So that replaces my crude custom Quasar! Note; I had 12 Custom Avengers in that 50 when I was offered that, now, I have only 8 customs in 74 Avengers. Interested in the Chameleon and Punisher. How much? I know shipping will be high, but if the figures are cheap enough. You know I always want to help you out. If I think I can afford them I will.

I'm finally watching this video, and a lot of these figures look like they could work out well with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover story so far. Iron Fist, Werewolf Captain America, Taskmaster, Hobgoblin BAF, Chameleon, Scorpion, Psycho-Man, Agent Anti-Venom, Black Panther, High Evolutionary (definitely story-wise), Frog Man, Caliban maybe (that could go with Gargoyles as well), Iron Man 2020, Stealth Iron Man, Quasar would fit alright with my more "realistic retro" type figures with dated hairstyles, such as all the new 20th Anniversary figures (Captain American, Iron Man, Hulk) and Classic Doctor Strange, Gamerverse wave Captain Marvel Mar-Vell (Male), and whoever else might end up fitting in that collection of vintage hairdo-dudes. I think the Ghost-Rider is in that group as well sort of, which is funny because his hair is roasted off and replaced with flame. I really love hair styles and older fashions. I think I might like Dazzler and Misty for that purpose too (but maybe they will make a new version that fixes the eye issue, even though some people really have eye issues like that lol maybe she is one of them). I think the cut-off for all those retro looking figures is the 80s generally, and then comes all the 90s stuff and their hairstyles. Woah! Ooo, that is a wild looking Polaris, maybe I could use that as some kind of crazed head sculpt for the new bland-bodied body-painted Madame Hydra I ordered (along with that whole wave, except Woody Harrelson Iron Man which I didn't order). Havok, wow, all these are really extremely expensive for Canadians over Ebay. Some of the new stuff reminds me of Speed Demon with the lack of extra features or details (which is how the character is designed, but I like a little something more to the figures, some more sculpting, detailing, weird elements that make it more unique seeming, rather than very obviously just a painted naked body sculpt). I would've gotten Thunderstruck if he also had a shut mouth face, I don't like that characters should not look like they can perform dialogue normally and are just non-stop yelling lol, which is funny but such a definite expression or activity going on in the expression makes it more of a stretch for me to imagine they have just said something a moment before or are performing normal dialogue, even though I don't like "bored" looking faces either, I like them to look expressive and meaningful and as though they are in the midst of having said something or are about to or have just paused in the middle of saying something or reacting to something being said, or could say something at any moment (if they have a face that permits those kinds of expressions)! Nuke is a major favorite that I've wanted, though I'm not totally crazy about the American Flag Face-Paint, but I'm alright with it, it is just that the figure would've been able to more easily represent more than just Nuke, such as Duke Nukem, the Wolfenstein Protaganist, even others like a more realistic Simpson's McBain, and even some Arnold Schwarzenegger characters, and others that have (or have close enough similarities) to this theme, but they can all work as that too even with this face paint. I have multiple of this sculpt or mold along with the vest because they are the larger figure in the Hydra 2-Pack with a bigger Brute Hydra and a smaller normal Hydra trooper. Seeing that Storm, she might make for an interesting Star Wars character even, at least the body. The Poison head could be modified by someone (even other elements of the body), to be some kind of Ultron connected thing. Paladin is one I've been wanting because he looks very much like a "player character" that I might like to handle and have run around as a hero, alone or with other gun wielding heroes. Maybe he could even be used as a kind of modern Phantom (the purple guy, America's Darling, Billy Zane). Warpath reminds me of something from my own stories and also Nightwolf from Mortal Kombat (one can also possibly switch the head onto a Rage possibly if they want a dark sleeveless vest, as some depictions show www.fightersgeneration.com/characters2/nightwolf-fullsize.jpg ).
Part 2 You are narrowing down your Punisher's "to one", as I am building up my Punishers to practically "every one"! I just purchased a very cool "kitbash" that has The Punisher in a trench coat, with the white headband that I wanted to buy The Punisher from an "exclusive" that had brown straps and a belt (but I continue to have issues with that figure and passed on the opportunity to buy it just minutes ago because it came with a Civil War Falcon and Civil War Black Panther, but most egregiously (your word!) it had lots of annoying paint flaws on the stark white skull part that weren't supposed to be there! The shirt of The Punisher custom kitbash I just purchased is from the Netflix series and is covered with messed up "flaws" that are supposed to be there! Ha! Take that! Hasbro Quality Control! Vault Guardsman seems really cheap and has a nice broken looking split attachment right in the middle of the bar across his face which all copies seem to have. I like to use him as a villain bank robber, breaking into Vaults after quitting his job and stealing the Vault Guardsman suit he used to work in maybe (or someone else's). Firestar! Probably totally jarring to the eyes in a collection which might be more mellow otherwise. I use the Forge to represent other characters and ideas, possibly even a Vietnam Frank Castle, Macendale, and Taskmaster from the past too potentially, and surely even more than that! He can work as a Martial Arts Master or Ninja, lots of potential with that head sculpt! Toxin! Omg! I used to really like always seeing him there behind you! Can someone go back through some of David's Complete Collection type videos and catalog everything he had bought at some point as far as the videos left on the channel show? How many figures total did he buy at any point and how many did he sell? If you list all the names, you can then make a second list ordering them from personal favorites to least. Something in common, most likely, for a lot of people, is the presence of change and stress, the changes are often involved with the stress too. The stress is not always very obvious or anything particularly bombastic and extreme, actually extreme stress may cause different reactions, but a kind of mild stress, or ever-present stress and instability of circumstances and anticipation or being in a fluctuation sort of suspense, can lead to the impulse to relieve that stress, through distraction and amusement, and so people end up getting into just about anything, depending on their tendencies and what they may seem viable to them. Some eat, drink alcohol, take drugs, and some search out sex, women, some even hunt or kill, some seek out things that seem more long lasting and stable, like relationships, friends, pets, plants, adopting or having children (things that need care and effort invested towards them typically), but others might want an easier and less involved sort of anchor, such as multiplayer games, single player games, films, comics (essentially films or scenes in storyboard form), books, toys (less dependent reading and scanning, and more imagination if ever), jewelry, art, clothing, shoes, cars, computers, technology / gadgets). People who may want a sense of anchoring and stability or things to last more when they don't seem to sometimes, may subconsciously pursue things that are deemed lasting and permanent, like tattoos, piercings, permanent procedures performed upon the body (Yuuzhan Vong that they are!), or other things that are both mostly controlled and decided by themselves and which they can be very lasting seeming or permanent in effect. Sometimes this takes the form in extreme acts or measures or things where "there is no going back" which also represent a sort of ritual of overcoming and change (also permanence and finality, which also can connect to or assist in the representation of stability in some ways or show a desire for stability against disturbing flux and disruption), and these take forms of a deviant or abnormal sort for people with certain issues like psychopathy or other mental issues. Most human beings, universally, play into some of these tendencies in some way, and they manifest in a variety of forms. Some people make drastic changes in their religious practices (or religious consplay in some cases it seems) and switch sometimes multiple times in extreme ways, often finding themselves bored (listless) or feeling angst before making another change. When people are more unstable, changes may be extreme and very frequent and constantly occurring, and on the other end of extremes, a person may stop at a certain pint or seem frozen (Let it Go!) in a routine and even their appearance, that they never seem to alter in the slightest (mullet and all! Part 2: I too absolutely love to learn about and explore how one goes from giddy to gone and all the stages and steps involved. I would even love if David made an intellectually challenging (lol not challenged, but that could be part of it and an entertaining and relatable aspect too) video discussing, what he has made of the whole process whilst introspecting and looking back on the whole thing and how it might also tie in with his interactions with people or relationships which are closer or with pets and also how it might differ from those interactions and why that might be, or even ways in which he may have treater objects like people and people like objects. I love honest, in-depth, heartfelt, cathartic, self-exploration which is genuine, and shame free. Shame just makes people lie and hide things for fear of ridicule and being basically forced to lie for fear of the repercussions or backlash, so I love when we have the opportunity, much more likely in private, for people to sincerely spill their guts, in my case though, I've made it habitual that I speak fearlessly and with total representation of my actual thoughts, feelings, and opinions, and luckily they are all rather vanilla and straight edge and "clean" without an ounce of deviance lol (unless you count my misanthropy, malice, and ill will as deviant, but I think I despise only what ought to be despised, like cruelty for example, and I despise members of the race behind so much cruelty, the human race!) so I end up only pissing off mutant punks (Batman style) and sex traffickers part of Discord networks or something (pervert weirdo criminals!). If you want to see despicable human beings saying abhorrent things, I recently found a website called BitCHUTE, which is like a peak into hell if one looks at the comments the lunatics and trolls and fantastics and zealot cosplayers leave there. I wouldn't mind selling off that collection of filth! They are probably all in need of better homes! David has all the signs that occur prior to a typical outburst of collection, and all the signs that occur before and during a selling off phase too. For many people, it may occur like this: I have some acces to funds and getting things without too much trouble. I am borded and stressed and I want to feel a little better and good again, I want something to make me feel enthusiastic, and one that isn't risky or emotionally taxing, so "real people" can't cut it for me! Aha! What is this I see? A little purple man with muscles? Looking how I might want to look and be, without even half of the work or less, or any effort that it would typically take being involved, I can be and sort of see this little purple muscular man as me, through empathy. Yet! A picture does not seem to suffice, nor can I manipulate him, or see him all around as easily. I want to feel his / my little muscles in my hands / his little claws, if I can acquire this without asking anyone for it, or the funds, I will purchase it, and He/ I will be Mine / His! Soon though, you will be Legion. And Corporation will be Cod Almighty! Cing of your Collect Cabit! So you find the little purple "better you" seeming representation to be stimulating you (non-graphically, lol) and get one hit, order it and get another hit, it arrives and you get another hit, you open the box it arrived in and get another hit (from the present you bought yourself, how loving of you!), you look at the box of the figure pulliting it out like a less needy Simb (Kimba! Those thieves!) and get another hit, and you might set up the box and get another hit and a hit everytime you look at it (spousal abuse!), then you might open it and get another hit, crack it out of the plastic and get another hit, put it together and get another hit, pose it and play with it manipulating it another hit, set it up another hit, look at it set up another hit each time, and on and on it can go. Some people don't get as much, rush through, burn out fast, or they just naturally get huge doses and crashes of the chemical reactions involved. They then look at it and it stops giving them much stimulation, this happens when they might be satiated after some sexual encounter with their regular masseuse, Mister Hannedy, and how they feel about girls and girl parts the second after they are "done" and all that has to do with these secret, secreted, secreted away (as in hidden away) secretions inside the body and brain that we might inadvertantly and unwittingly or subconsciously try to manipulate while being largely blind to them and not knowing how the reactions might play out. The UA-cam app on my phone and browser both have been acting up a lot, and I'm wondering if UA-cam has implemented some changes or something, I'm not receiving notifications for videos even though you're practically the only UA-cam channel I'm subscribed to (the others are channels that upload films for free), and nothing seems to be working like it used to! My comments get deleted or wiped out even as I write them now, in other cases as soon as I post. Since it has been such a pain and I'm finding out about videos too late and stuff, I just watch them when they finally appear for me, and in the meantime I've moved towards creative things at home that might tie into my own projects and goals, one of which has been trying to figure out how I can cheaply or affordably make my own custom figures or dolls, first with practicing with elements that might be able to get a look like your Gans Boy figure for example or other DamToys art figures, which look like they might actually be quite simple to put together ultimately, or to put together things that end up looking fancy. I've also been narrowing down and cancelling a lot of pre-orders, which has felt good too (these are pre-orders on Big Bad Toy Store which doesn't penalize customers for cancelling items before they are ready to ship, while they are in the pre-order phase still). I've seen how low quality the extremely expensive Disney "Star Wars Experience" seemed to be on the videos showing it, and how easily these companies are making things that are pretty crude and easy to make while selling them as "art" pieces for 200 to 600 dollars sometimes (Like what Ashley Wood did with his World War Robot stuff). I really think that you have a great sense for artistic things, and could easily figure out how to slap together something, then another and another, which might make for interesting creative content where you try to create your own costumed, kit-bashed, clothed 1:12 scale or larger figures to make your displays more eccentric and unique in the future, moving into more strange and fascinating museum quality items like Gans Boy and more uniquely your own crafted creations, however crude they may initially look, it might make for fun content and encourage viewers to also stop giving these companies so much of their money and move towards using their minds and hands and skills and intelligence to create their own beautiful and unique expressions and art pieces to decorate their homes, and even sell (particularly if they are able to make two or more)!

almost all of the problems described with regards to modular iron man could be solved by giving him a quick bath in hot water and moving the articulation around. the wobbly legs you can solve by removing the legs from the torso and putting some glue on the sockets and letting it completely dry before putting them back. that modular iron man is hands down the best iron man figure ever made
The wobbly legs can be fixed with Kiki's Loose Joint fix, no need to take anything apart. A couple drops in the hips and it would be good to go, nice and tight.
That's more work than you should need to do to a figure that is meant to work out of the box. also the shoulder isn't just stiff, the plastic armour on top sits too high and interferes with the movement as it slides in to the shoulder. I would need to buy a new figure but I'm not going to reward the poor QC with making a double purchase.
So it has come down to bathing toys when David doesn't even bathe himself?! Nay! David would rather chuck Modular Iron Man straight out of his window (film it please) than to "bathe in hot water...the wobbly legs" of this invalid!

I wondered if he was on his Twitch Channel today or something, but he should probably announce it here first and lead people there from here whenever he does it (at least until it is better established). I also hope he doesn't take it too seriously or get stressed at all when people leave comments critical of his content or his selling stuff or anything because it is all in good fun, even though there may be some genuine kooks out there who think it is actually any of their business what he buys and sells lol
For this video, I actually think everything he talked about made sense, practically all the stuff he is selling is stuff I'd probably sell too if I felt the same way as him about the stuff, and I do feel the same way about most of the stuff he mentioned. I've never sold anything myself though, but I may someday, sometimes I've gotten things in bulk deals and don't care about all the pieces, but I'd most likely keep everything, seeing as how difficult it is to purchase these things again (and by difficult, I mean both hard to find again and difficult to obtain at a reasonable price). I try to only get stuff that I really want to see around and keep.
Right now I'm looking at and thinking if I should get 0, 1, or 2 Star Wars Black Series Dark Troopers, and I'm very ready to buy some cool looking, one of a kind, custom stuff, and still stick within my 200 CAD (Canadian Dollar) budget per month.
I arrived back on UA-cam several times today to check if David had posted anything (I think he should pre-film a number of videos on his day off, and then schedule them to release automatically throughout the week, even multiple a day possibly, but even one a day can fine, or one a week if he really doesn't have any time at all. Basically, David's videos are my only form of online entertainment and social interaction online. I haven't watched Netflix or Amazon Prime stuff for a while now, and I haven't been watching any movies or shows or anything.
What I have been doing though is looking if there is anything urgent seeming to burn the rest of my now 135 CAD on (I bought a custom kit-bash Punisher for around 65 CAD).
I'm working with a Canadian seller on potentially buying a bunch of things from them, but that might have to wait until next month. Also, my 200 CAD limit can grow if I don't spend the whole 200 CAD in a month, so the 135 left (for example) would carry on to add to next month's 200 CAD set aside for entertainment type purchases like toys. 200 CAD a month is ultimately quite a lot. 2400 CAD is 1888 USD, and 2000 CAD is 1574 USD.
Most of the stuff I'm ending up buying, like when it is custom stuff, ends up being like 60 dollars or so. Most regular figures are now costing me like 35 to 45 CAD. The Dark Trooper for example would be roughly 46 CAD plus shipping which can also cost a bit.
I might skip it altogether, but I came back to UA-cam today to check out if there are any reviews showing the figure in-hand yet. It would be arriving with my pre-orders from Big Bad Toy Store in May (All the 20th Anniversary figures), but Big Bad Toy Store has a deal where they can be delayed, and my pre-order stuff also counts again my 200 CAD a month thing, so I wouldn't be able to buy anything else those months.
For fun, I have been looking at a lot of figures (as usual), and discovered some cool series that I hadn't seen or thought of getting before. I am usually looking for both militaristic figures or gun wielding sorts of characters and civilian types of characters and costumes, for more "Real World" types of set ups.
If I spend a little more within this month, I'm usually pressured more by time sensitive deals or one-of-a-kind types of figures and customizations that might disappear (by getting sold) and never be found or made again. Then there are some things which pop up at a good price that might not be seen again. Generally I hate being pressured. I like the idea that things will just sit around until I can comfortably get them, and there is no urgency, and they will always be available, even if someone else buys them too. I've had some things sitting in my Ebay saved list for a long time now, maybe even years at this point haha, but I'm comforted by the things that are so weird and obscure that they never even sell.
I dislike going into the hundreds for a single figure, or even multiples, unless they are multiples that I want most or especially all of them. I really preferred a time a few years ago (which still may not have been the best time, but was still better than more recent years), where things on Ebay were sometimes extremely cheap and seemingly under-valued, and people were offering really great deals, but since then a lot of costs have gone way up, and the price of shipping seems to have also gone up a lot too. That didn't stop me though, from practically anything, but I might almost wish it did!
I like and approve of David changing the way he might be thinking about these things, and showing people that they too may wish to clean up some of their space and make a little cash (for more new stuff potentially) while they are at it!
I think the best home for toys are places where the people will really make use of them, will display them and gain a lot from viewing them, and where the people might even play with them too and really enjoy them and love them basically. The only person truly capable of that is me, so everyone should send me their toys!
Haha, but in reality, there is so much I wouldn't want, and that even makes me feel good, that even though I like so much stuff, there is a whole lot I also don't like and would never buy or want around.
The decision making process is fun for me, where I look at things and think to myself what I could do with them or make of them and how they work on my imagination and excite me, and which I'd never like to see around and why. I like hearing about such from others too! Something is really fun for me about exploring my own thinking and the thinking of other people and organizing and making decisions, ranking and ordering things, introspecting and analyzing myself to see how much something excites me and why it may be doing so, and what things I end up not liking.
So many of the figures David showed, I would've skipped on in the first place because of how they look and how little I can do with them (since I like characters that can function as multiple things potentially and feature in multiple imaginary stories or scenes, so very specific or very bold looking figures sometimes can be jarring or otherwise very limited in what kind of stories they may seem to comfortably fit in for me).
What figures have you been thinking about or looking into (if any) these days?

Dave has good mental jujitsu strength when it comes to the haters hahaha! Yes I give props to Dave for selling as I have yet to do that with my excess of props and figures. I think many are in the same boat. I am looking at a punisher bulk deal on Mercari now (want the SEGA punisher video game look). I also would like some dark troopers (need mangled ones like the neca foot soilders). I feel ya on the financial struggle and preorders on BBTS hitting all at once (making me feel like a financial degenerate hahaha). Paypal credit is good... and bad. I have learned my lesson as I pay off the new stuff but trying to cancel what I can. I agree Dave's channel is great, just something good about him being natural and us relating to him. Save that money if you can hahaha! Military is a good style pick. Yes it is much nicer purchasing with no rush or Fomo. "Fomo is real" - FuBu.
I hate spending alot on figures opposed to prop replicas(I'm weak for a deal like a hoarder). Yes Dave's parents are great for taking in his figure collection that doesn't get sold. I lie to myself and say everything I buy will eventually to to my kids (whenever that happens). Wife and I watch hoarders often to try and get rid of junk hahaha! I also enjoy the decision making or curating in the collection, feels like a museum of yourself, your life nostalgia. I have been weak lately and got Thailog to go with Goliath and the Neca Turtles in disguise showed up. Just grabbed a Batman 1989 Cowl replica(reminds me of the batman ride replica at six flags park). I honestly have gotten even more than that but this message is getting long. It should open up room for more toys potentially too! If they really are just hidden away in a storage bin or something, they should ideally go to someone who will be using them and enjoying them and ideally keeping them on display and even playing around with them. Hidden away in a bin all piled up is probably among the less desirable destinations for them. It would've been nice to have these accessible for stories and performances using them, but David does just fine without them as well, through pictures and making faces and voicing characters.
Tbh I'd keep Kang and Firestar because they'll be hard to find later imo. Regardless I do hope you get your monies worth for the upcoming releases which I admit look awesome. I preordered the new waves off BBTS along retro Rhino. So looking forward to this year's figures releases.

Ahh I sold all my collection a year or so ago but seeing your videos make me miss it. I promised myself I'd not collect ever again as I have already done this 3 times.. But its nice watching these videos to remind me why I started collecting in the first place.
Your comment fascinates me. I really would like to understand this as completely as possible. Can you take me through the steps and journey? How old were you when you first started collecting and what led to it, what did you accumulate in order from first to last as best you recall, where did you buy from and how did you get it from year to year or month to month, what led you to stop the first collecting bout and what age were you, what did you do with the collection,
how long before you started collecting again, how many years or months gap was there and what led to it, what did you start collecting, what feelings do you get through every step of the process, finding things, buying things, having them at home, opening them, setting them up, playing with them, and anything else you may have done like photographing them, selling them or giving them away, and remembering them?
All the same questions again as to how long it lasted, what you got in order from first to last as best you can recall and how much you got and how much you spent roughly and you can include also how much you made from selling it all each time too.
Then a third section of all the same questions and a request for all information possible, what led to it again, what you got, how long it lasted, how much you spent, what led to the sell of, and all the other details just like the other two sections.
Why did you promise never to collect? Why do you do this, do you think? Why do you treat it this way? Like, what you described in your comment seemed like a very extreme way of going about things and dealing with things, also how is all this being paid for and what factors make you feel averse to the collecting and collection and convince you to do away with it and compel you or pressure you to promise yourself not to do so again?

Can't believe some of the characters your getting rid of. Personally, I'd keep Iron Fist, Kang, Taskmaster, and Scorpion. That Iron Fist is great and will always sell. Kang and Taskmaster I don't see getting better versions. Scorpion will probably get another release. But I wouldn't let him go to a new one is confirmed.
If there wasn't so much construction going on here, I'd finally be able to watch this video and put an end to David's tyrannical money-making and space-making schemes once and for all! Yeah, some of these make no sense to get rid of. Getting Galactus, but getting rid of High Evolutionary? Someone needs to read the original run of Fantastic Four number 175. Of course, Dave doesnt put a premium on the FF. Until I discovered Xmen in later 70s, FF was my fav comic growing up.
I started paring down my collection. Sold the first of what will be 20 plus Mezco figs today. Intend to get rid of a number of Legends as well, although most my cut back will come in way of MCU figs.
@@evanhuff682 Same thoughts here. Like you said, any real collection in Marvel, shouldnt exclude the core characters even if they're lack luster in paint or articulation. Alter those lazy figs yourself of have someone customize them. I bought Galactus as well, and I collected 3 quarters figs up until the last runs and I think Galactus will scale more realistically with them now. I'd enjoy seeing a new Annihilus also...🍻

I don't know what double penetration is or means, but I think of it as an awkward way of referring to double dipping. Sloppy seconds, which I also don't know what it means, seems to mean something similar. Is pornography just clips from the Food Network?
This is why your channel is amazing. Keeping it real. You need room and money so you need to sell easy as that. For me personally I love when collections are a bit smaller, clean and each character you have has meaning behind it. Keep up the great work!!

@@Diesel0306 Do you think that the new Iron Man looks enough like Bronson, even though he is smiling? It might be the closest we get for now until some actor might pop up in Star Wars that resembles him or something. Quasar looks like Robert Redford to me and I like collecting celebrity looking head sculpts so I can have them "play" different characters. The new Loki looks like Chris Noth to me but isn't an independent head sculpt (because the helmet his attached). One of the earlier Star-Lord figures looks like Luke Perry. I have a lot of fun exploring these figures and what they could work as. I noticed that an unpainted Count Dooku head looked like a sort of older, melted, Nicholas Cage, which could work with the right paint applied. Some figure probably looks like Clint Eastwood (at some age), that might be good one. The more handsome Frank Castle The Punisher faces seem to resemble a young Frank Frazetta. I want to see if I can get hold of a Stane body sculpt for a normal sized or tallish lighter skinned body, and I've gotten the Samuel L. Jackson in Captain Marvel as Nick Fury figure for a darker suited male, and then I'd get maybe the Ghost two pack which comes with a suited guy with a light tan skin, but I think he might be really short possibly. For big muscular guys, there is the tan Rage, the lighter skinned Nuke, and I'm not sure about a shirtless darker skinned body yet. I like to make as much use as possible out of the figures, so as much as they can "play" various roles, that increases the value a lot for me!

Most of those characters you featured, I never got in the first place! lol I can see about the extended X family though, most those other characters were never introduced in the 90's animated series. Therefore not directly related to the classic main Blue & Gold teams of Lee & Claremont. I'm still keeping my extended X teams, in the mean time. Meanwhile, I should probably see if I can down size even more, just to tighten that focus & like you, save space, time & money.

Just my two cents, but I think you'd regret selling Firestar before completing your New Warriors line-up, and she's actually not that bad in a flight stand. Kang and Taskmaster, you might also regret too simply because I don't see them getting other comics-accurate versions soon. Since you're such a huge Spider-Man fan, especially before 2000, I do think you should keep that classic Punisher figure because he first appeared in the Spider-Man comics even though you prefer the modern, gritter version. Heck, I'd even fit him with the Spidey villains. Black Panther and Quicksilver, such important and essential Marvel characters might be bad idea to get rid of, not just because they were Avengers some of the time. Then again, you got rid of Hawkeye and Vision so never mind. ;-) I think your criterias for getting rid of most of the figures were justified. I do wish you could get a bigger space. Hmm... you'll probably be able to afford a bigger place someday and so perhaps you could keep a few more "essentials" in containers even though they're not displayed at the moment? Cheers!

That would be sweet. Who should that be? I'd like Silhouette, but from a money point of view, they'd probably go with a red-suited Nova or a Night Trasher. Thinking that unfortunately, packs with 2 males and one female sell better than packs with 2 females and one male. Ok, thinking of Excalibur here.
P.S. I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I had a suggestion for a new video that I'd love to see you do: "Marvel's Missing in Action (figure form"), and it would focus on missing original team members of famous teams, those that have not been made in Marvel Legends form by Hasbro. The original rosters only.
Just off the top of my head, you'd have New Warriors (Justice, Namorita), Excalibur (Rachel Summers), X-Force (Feral), first Peter David's X-Factor (Wolfsbane), West Coast Avengers (Mockingbird in original costume), "all-new, all-original" X-Men (Banshee) and New Mutants (Cannonball and Sunspot in original costumes). You could even have an extra video or two by focusing on lesser known teams (Nextwave) or supervilain teams. Would be neat to see the Hasbro version of a figure if one was made. It would require research, but I'd love to see your take on that subject. Cheers!

lol, what is your preferred cut off date for stopping accepting their fiddling? I stop for Star Wars in the 90s before Episode 1, but I also don't acknowledge Lucas changing things in his re-releases either mainly. For Marvel, I stop with the various animated series in the 90s too, and I don't accept much later either, such as the Roderick Kingsley story even though the original writer wanted it, phooey! I prefer a more Evil Magneto as compared to Claremont's more "justified" "understandable" "toned down" Magneto.
Sometimes Retcons can be nice and helpful. I liked that Boba Fett was brought out of the Pit by writers like Kevin J. Anderson and stuff like that, if that counts as a retcon, I guess it kind of doesn't too, but basically saved a great character that everyone loved and thought was so cool (for barely doing anything, which is what David would like to achieve as well). In fact, all this selling of toys can be considered Boba trying to climb out of the pit (or sandy space anus) that he ended up falling into!
Everything seemed to increasingly (for me at least) start sucking more and more around the late 90s and at the close of the 90s, and definitely, every year, since the 2000s and beyond, until it became total trash at this time, like unbearable seeming in so much media.
One thing that seemed to be pretty cool or improved in a lot of ways though were toys (sometimes, even though there were absolutely awesome ones throughout the past as well).
Sometimes, re-designs and improvements were very welcome, but other times they totally seemed to defy any concern about the characters origins or have any respect for original elements of characters (that made them colorful, campy, or fun).
I'm glad that Daddy Mag is a Daddy Again, maybe Daddy David with be a Toy Daddy Again after giving all his little dead children away for adoption to surely un-loving parents (who won't provide the toys with blankets of dust to keep warm with).

Back many years ago, when I only had 55 Avengers, (I now have 75), an appraiser offered me $550 for them. Of course, I considered this an insult and I wasn't interested in selling them anyway. I didn't really say anything back to him, but I was insulted by what I considered a very lowball offer.

Back when I had 50 Avengers I was offered $500 for them. I now have 74 different Avengers on Earth 616 and they are now more authentic as I finally, finally got an actual Quasar! YES! So that replaces my crude custom Quasar! Note; I had 12 Custom Avengers in that 50 when I was offered that, now, I have only 8 customs in 74 Avengers.
Interested in the Chameleon and Punisher. How much? I know shipping will be high, but if the figures are cheap enough. You know I always want to help you out. If I think I can afford them I will.

I'm finally watching this video, and a lot of these figures look like they could work out well with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover story so far. Iron Fist, Werewolf Captain America, Taskmaster, Hobgoblin BAF, Chameleon, Scorpion, Psycho-Man, Agent Anti-Venom, Black Panther, High Evolutionary (definitely story-wise), Frog Man, Caliban maybe (that could go with Gargoyles as well), Iron Man 2020, Stealth Iron Man,
Quasar would fit alright with my more "realistic retro" type figures with dated hairstyles, such as all the new 20th Anniversary figures (Captain American, Iron Man, Hulk) and Classic Doctor Strange, Gamerverse wave Captain Marvel Mar-Vell (Male), and whoever else might end up fitting in that collection of vintage hairdo-dudes. I think the Ghost-Rider is in that group as well sort of, which is funny because his hair is roasted off and replaced with flame. I really love hair styles and older fashions. I think I might like Dazzler and Misty for that purpose too (but maybe they will make a new version that fixes the eye issue, even though some people really have eye issues like that lol maybe she is one of them). I think the cut-off for all those retro looking figures is the 80s generally, and then comes all the 90s stuff and their hairstyles.

Some of the new stuff reminds me of Speed Demon with the lack of extra features or details (which is how the character is designed, but I like a little something more to the figures, some more sculpting, detailing, weird elements that make it more unique seeming, rather than very obviously just a painted naked body sculpt).
I would've gotten Thunderstruck if he also had a shut mouth face, I don't like that characters should not look like they can perform dialogue normally and are just non-stop yelling lol, which is funny but such a definite expression or activity going on in the expression makes it more of a stretch for me to imagine they have just said something a moment before or are performing normal dialogue, even though I don't like "bored" looking faces either, I like them to look expressive and meaningful and as though they are in the midst of having said something or are about to or have just paused in the middle of saying something or reacting to something being said, or could say something at any moment (if they have a face that permits those kinds of expressions)!
Nuke is a major favorite that I've wanted, though I'm not totally crazy about the American Flag Face-Paint, but I'm alright with it, it is just that the figure would've been able to more easily represent more than just Nuke, such as Duke Nukem, the Wolfenstein Protaganist, even others like a more realistic Simpson's McBain, and even some Arnold Schwarzenegger characters, and others that have (or have close enough similarities) to this theme, but they can all work as that too even with this face paint. I have multiple of this sculpt or mold along with the vest because they are the larger figure in the Hydra 2-Pack with a bigger Brute Hydra and a smaller normal Hydra trooper.
Seeing that Storm, she might make for an interesting Star Wars character even, at least the body.
The Poison head could be modified by someone (even other elements of the body), to be some kind of Ultron connected thing.
Paladin is one I've been wanting because he looks very much like a "player character" that I might like to handle and have run around as a hero, alone or with other gun wielding heroes. Maybe he could even be used as a kind of modern Phantom (the purple guy, America's Darling, Billy Zane).
Warpath reminds me of something from my own stories and also Nightwolf from Mortal Kombat (one can also possibly switch the head onto a Rage possibly if they want a dark sleeveless vest, as some depictions show www.fightersgeneration.com/characters2/nightwolf-fullsize.jpg ).

I just purchased a very cool "kitbash" that has The Punisher in a trench coat, with the white headband that I wanted to buy The Punisher from an "exclusive" that had brown straps and a belt (but I continue to have issues with that figure and passed on the opportunity to buy it just minutes ago because it came with a Civil War Falcon and Civil War Black Panther, but most egregiously (your word!) it had lots of annoying paint flaws on the stark white skull part that weren't supposed to be there!
The shirt of The Punisher custom kitbash I just purchased is from the Netflix series and is covered with messed up "flaws" that are supposed to be there! Ha! Take that! Hasbro Quality Control! Vengeance is Mine!

Modular Iron Man is really beloved (by the blind, even I have one, because the one eyed man rules something something I forgot the quote. I also have two eyes thankfully, and I can see that Modular Iron Man does not deserve the hype in my opinion, and mine might be broken too for all I know, but the figure will represent a villainous Iron Man for me probably, and I like that it has the design from some video games, but I don't like how its "finish" looks really, and I went in knowing this, but I wanted a cool sort of standard Iron Man from the 90s and the now older games).

Kang! Again, a lot of fuss, an authentic design, one that satisfies me more than any other Kang probably (besides the 1984 Secret Wars figure which I have lots of), because for me, I prefer Kang having a kind of mask-like face with lifted up stuff around the eyes and lines across the face that make it seem even more mask-like and that he has flesh underneath ideally, or some depictions really made it appear as though it was a kind of mask. I agree with all the complaints, and I can imagine all those complaints being offered up by people shortly before Kang incinerates them! I'm sorry Lord Kang! We just don't understand the aesthetics and ug..golor palette and tastes of Geniuses from the Distant Future! We are Primitives Lord Camp!

Vault Guardsman seems really cheap and has a nice broken looking split attachment right in the middle of the bar across his face which all copies seem to have. I like to use him as a villain bank robber, breaking into Vaults after quitting his job and stealing the Vault Guardsman suit he used to work in maybe (or someone else's).
Firestar! Probably totally jarring to the eyes in a collection which might be more mellow otherwise.
I use the Forge to represent other characters and ideas, possibly even a Vietnam Frank Castle, Macendale, and Taskmaster from the past too potentially, and surely even more than that! He can work as a Martial Arts Master or Ninja, lots of potential with that head sculpt!
Toxin! Omg! I used to really like always seeing him there behind you! That one is sort of special seeming to me and tragic seeming to say goodbye to, but maybe you'll get him all over again someday, unless you merely keep him!
Lady Beetle comes from a time when I used to see these around, sometimes in stores, and thought I'd probably never buy or have Marvel Legends because they looked irritating to me.

Quicksilver's head sculpt is useful for me to represent several other characters, including Mar-Vell when not masked from the original comics or oldest versions, where he was at odds with Yon-Rogg a lot (who I bought lots of figures in order to kit-bash) and the head can also work for Yon-Rogg too, even though I would probably be using Norman Osborn's head for that, one of which is currently on a black suited Fantastic Four body).

Well, that's more interesting than what I would do. I was just going to make another Mercenary. I know the shipping will be high, but I think I will fire an email to David and at least ask for a price list. I am wanting to give him some money anyway, but I'm retired, fixed income, with 3 grandbabies to spoil. In the Summer I can do Yard Work and other odd jobs, but Winter is lean for me. Can someone go back through some of David's Complete Collection type videos and catalog everything he had bought at some point as far as the videos left on the channel show? How many figures total did he buy at any point and how many did he sell? If you list all the names, you can then make a second list ordering them from personal favorites to least.
As a channel activity, people can vote (Gladiator style) who might remain out of sales lists, until they are up for another execution round. Maybe they get spared for a certain amount of time. This comment was hell to bring you, because the UA-cam app is terrible, it deletes comments if they are too long, so without warning all the writing is gone when attempting to post it. Many a Bothan Spy died inside when realizing this and in the process of transcribing all my writing little by little a second time in a text file on the computer from the phone since I couldn't risk clicking reply and having it all wiped out. The freaking thing wouldn't even let me copy paste it from the text box, it would only highlight portions, ARGH! If I went off the screen it would potentially eradicate it all too. So if there are typos, lets say it is because of trying to type it quickly from the tiny box on the phone's UA-cam app, which I will uninstall in vengeance and retribution after posting this, or at least never use for comments again (it also doesn't go "@" properly when writing comments in response). UA-cam sucks on the browser too, so where at all is it ever a good experience? Some people say they buy for value, some for future sales fantasies or realities, some for the looks, some for the memories, some for stimulation of their imagination, some for various art
forms being assisted by the presence of such (or so they think!), a plethora of personal stories and reasons are offered by people when asked and asked to
really think about it (which I would appreciate very much that you do so too, and share it with me as I would like to understand your personal thinking and experience and process as well).
Something in common, most likely, for a lot of people, is the presence of change and stress, the changes are often involved with the stress too. The stress is not always very obvious or
anything particularly bombastic and extreme, actually extreme stress may cause different reactions, but a kind of mild stress, or ever-present stress and
instability of circumstances and anticipation or being in a fluctuation sort of suspense, can lead to the impulse to relieve that stress, through distraction and amusement, and so people end up
getting into just about anything, depending on their tendencies and what they may seem viable to them. Some eat, drink alcohol, take drugs, and some search out sex, women, some even hunt or kill,
some seek out things that seem more long lasting and stable, like relationships, friends, pets, plants, adopting or having children (things that need care and effort invested towards them typically), but others might want an easier and less involved sort of anchor,
such as multiplayer games, single player games, films, comics (essentially films or scenes in storyboard form), books, toys (less dependent reading and
scanning, and more imagination if ever), jewelry, art, clothing, shoes, cars, computers, technology / gadgets).
People who may want a sense of anchoring and stability or things to last more when they don't seem to sometimes, may subconsciously pursue things that are deemed lasting and permanent, like
tattoos, piercings, permanent procedures performed upon the body (Yuuzhan Vong that they are!), or other things that are both mostly controlled and decided by themselves and which they can be very
lasting seeming or permanent in effect. Sometimes this takes the form in extreme acts or measures or things where "there is no going back" which also represent a sort of ritual of overcoming and
change (also permanence and finality, which also can connect to or assist in the representation of stability in some ways or show a desire for stability against disturbing flux and disruption), and these take forms of a deviant or abnormal sort for people with certain issues like psychopathy or other mental issues.
Most human beings, universally, play into some of these tendencies in some way, and they manifest in a variety of forms. Some people make drastic changes in their religious practices (or religious consplay in some cases it seems) and switch sometimes multiple times in extreme ways, often finding themselves bored (listless) or feeling angst before making another change.
When people are more unstable, changes may be extreme and very frequent and constantly occurring, and on the other end of extremes, a person may stop at a certain pint or seem frozen (Let it Go!) in a routine and even their appearance, that they never seem to alter in the slightest (mullet and all! McDonald's every day!).

I too absolutely love to learn about and explore how one goes from giddy to gone and all the stages and steps involved. I would even love if David made an intellectually challenging (lol not challenged,
but that could be part of it and an entertaining and relatable aspect too) video discussing, what he has made of the whole process whilst introspecting and looking back on the whole thing and how it might
also tie in with his interactions with people or relationships which are closer or with pets and also how it might differ from those interactions and why that might be, or even ways in which he may
have treater objects like people and people like objects.
I love honest, in-depth, heartfelt, cathartic, self-exploration which is genuine, and shame free. Shame just makes people lie and hide things for fear of ridicule and
being basically forced to lie for fear of the repercussions or backlash, so I love when we have the opportunity, much more likely in private, for people to sincerely
spill their guts, in my case though,
I've made it habitual that I speak fearlessly and with total representation of my actual thoughts, feelings, and opinions, and luckily they are all rather vanilla and straight edge and "clean"
without an ounce of deviance lol (unless you count my misanthropy, malice, and ill will as deviant, but I think I despise only what ought to be despised, like cruelty for example, and I despise members of the race
behind so much cruelty, the human race!) so I end up only pissing off mutant punks (Batman style) and sex traffickers part of Discord networks or something (pervert weirdo criminals!).
If you want to see despicable human beings saying abhorrent things, I recently found a website called BitCHUTE, which is like a peak into hell if one looks at the comments the lunatics and trolls and fantastics
and zealot cosplayers leave there. I wouldn't mind selling off that collection of filth! They are probably all in need of better homes!

Aha! What is this I see? A little purple man with muscles? Looking how I might want to look and be, without even half of the work or less, or any effort that it would typically take being involved, I can be and sort of see this little purple
muscular man as me, through empathy. Yet! A picture does not seem to suffice, nor can I manipulate him, or see him all around as easily. I want to feel his / my little muscles in my hands / his little claws, if I can acquire this without asking anyone for it, or the funds, I will purchase it, and He/ I will be Mine / His!

So you find the little purple "better you" seeming representation to be stimulating you (non-graphically, lol) and get one hit, order it and get another hit, it arrives and you get another hit, you open the box it arrived in and get another hit
(from the present you bought yourself, how loving of you!),
you look at the box of the figure pulliting it out like a less needy Simb (Kimba! Those thieves!) and get another hit, and you might set up the box and get another hit and a hit everytime you look at it
(spousal abuse!),
then you might open it and get another hit, crack it out of the plastic and get another hit, put it together and get another hit, pose it and play with it manipulating it another hit, set it up another hit, look at it set up another hit each time, and on and on it can go.
Some people don't get as much, rush through, burn out fast, or they just naturally get huge doses and crashes of the chemical reactions involved.
They then look at it and it stops giving them much stimulation, this happens when they might be satiated after some sexual encounter with their regular masseuse, Mister Hannedy, and how they feel about girls and girl parts the second after they are "done" and all that has to do with these secret, secreted, secreted away (as in hidden away) secretions inside the body and brain that we might inadvertantly and unwittingly or subconsciously try to manipulate
while being largely blind to them and not knowing how the reactions might play out.
So, finding that their receptor was too often tickled and becoming burned out by seeing the turtle b*tch every darn day, you yell at your toy "Do you have to always stand there? Can you just do

The UA-cam app on my phone and browser both have been acting up a lot, and I'm wondering if UA-cam has implemented some changes or something, I'm not receiving notifications for videos even though you're practically the only UA-cam channel I'm subscribed to (the others are channels that upload films for free), and nothing seems to be working like it used to! My comments get deleted or wiped out even as I write them now, in other cases as soon as I post. Since it has been such a pain and I'm finding out about videos too late and stuff, I just watch them when they finally appear for me, and in the meantime I've moved towards creative things at home that might tie into my own projects and goals, one of which has been trying to figure out how I can cheaply or affordably make my own custom figures or dolls, first with practicing with elements that might be able to get a look like your Gans Boy figure for example or other DamToys art figures, which look like they might actually be quite simple to put together ultimately, or to put together things that end up looking fancy.

Anyway, I've found that reducing my time on UA-cam, turning off notifications again (soon), and basically avoiding other videos and content creators (I only happened to see these because I was looking for that figure's height), has opened up a lot of time for being creative again. I've also been narrowing down and cancelling a lot of pre-orders, which has felt good too (these are pre-orders on Big Bad Toy Store which doesn't penalize customers for cancelling items before they are ready to ship, while they are in the pre-order phase still).
I've seen how low quality the extremely expensive Disney "Star Wars Experience" seemed to be on the videos showing it, and how easily these companies are making things that are pretty crude and easy to make while selling them as "art" pieces for 200 to 600 dollars sometimes (Like what Ashley Wood did with his World War Robot stuff).
I really think that you have a great sense for artistic things, and could easily figure out how to slap together something, then another and another, which might make for interesting creative content where you try to create your own costumed, kit-bashed, clothed 1:12 scale or larger figures to make your displays more eccentric and unique in the future, moving into more strange and fascinating museum quality items like Gans Boy and more uniquely your own crafted creations, however crude they may initially look, it might make for fun content and encourage viewers to also stop giving these companies so much of their money and move towards using their minds and hands and skills and intelligence to create their own beautiful and unique expressions and art pieces to decorate their homes, and even sell (particularly if they are able to make two or more)!
