It's a TypeS carbon fiber shift knob. JDM, but I like this style of shift knob. It came with a threaded adapter which "clamps" to the gear selector stick using set screws but I founded this loosened over time. So I opted to JB weld this adaptor in place, it hasn't budged in years and the shift knob can still be easily unscrewed and removed as needed.
