But they couldn't so i cancelled my booking
They said they will refund booking amount 10k (full refund) in 2 days
But it's already 10 days still they did not returned my money back

Our society makes it such that "creating drama over small stuff" is seen as annoyance. Most people don't go through the hassle of raising complaints saying "Hojayega, Chalta hai"..
And that's why these bussinesses keep repeating such unethical practices.
Honestly, if I were in your shoes I'd likely have let it go too after they replaced the bumper and car cover.
But that is why you have my earnest respect for not stopping there and going through all this work to bring it out in the public like this.
With the attention this got, I'm sure they would think twice before trying to pull off something similar next time.

Don’t take the complaint back. In fact I raised a case with Hyundai and they fired 2 people from the dealership. Why the compliant is important? It opens a door for Hyundai to keep their quality and expose fraud dealers. And mind you I have been a Hyundai used for 15 years, I have never doubted their quality.

Don't take the complaint back.. I have booked a renault triber and the price was calculated in a way, that I had wanted the dual tone from the plant itself.. but they tried to give me a single tone car that was made dual tone in the dealers workshop. There was a price gap of 8k. I doubted and contacted renault. And when they made a conference call with the head, it became clear that the dealer didn't had any dual tone car from the plant. Company always makes sure that the customer gets the best, but the dealers are really worst.
That's so bad.. these people are just playing with the feeling of a customer.. they never understand as a buyer what it means to buy a new car.. you should highlight that on all social media also so that people got aware of this type of frauds

No use of caution if you are going for Suzuki. After hearing news of Hyundai and Kia that they are supporting Pakistan to get Kashmir from Bharath. I gone for XL6 trust. Build quality and servicing of Suzuki will definitely disappoint u. Go for Tata or Mahendra.. in case your budget goes more than 17L then have a review of Force Gurka 🔥🔥

It's great that you made this video. It seems that this behavior of trying to get ratings and trying to get you to sympathize with the lower executives is common across most brands. I had a similar experience with Maruti.
Yes had the same experience in nexa when I took my car delivery recently. They havent done many things that i told them to do. They give a damn about what the customer wants and how to make him happy, they will come running with a stupid form to fill as if that's all that matters. I literally shouted at them for this kinda attitude when all they bother is about ratings and fake feedbacks which will help in their jobs or business or whatever. Typical selfish Indian mindset which sucks.

This out-an-out same has happened with me while getting the delivery of Tata Nexon, where-in the back door inner side was painted, and after creating hue and cry they have compensated me with Body cover and parcel tray. When I came back home, the body cover did n't have an label and the clip in the cover went missing, and the quality was below average.

Thank you for uploading this video. I was planning to buy a Creta and that would have been my first car. But never had any idea that these dealerships try to cheat the customers like this. And sad to see that Hyundai is also not supporting enough regarding the matter. People like me who would buy for the first time wouldn't even have any idea regarding checking these small stuff thoroughly because we would trust the brand. They fail to understand that more than a normal transaction, a car purchase is an emotion for a family too.
There have even been cases of pte delivery accidents and repaints

I too had a bad experience with Hyundai dealership for replacement of a small steering part of I 10 Nios way back in 2021.
They replaced the damaged part but also replaced other part covering the gear shift console which I came to know later.

Don't change your rating. I had a similar experience with my delivery, and the only thing they were concerned is their rating. They somehow try to cool you down and compensate, but hold your foot down, because you paid in full.

I had a similar experience where they did not care to wash my car before delivery. They took money for the parts but haven't delivered saying that the parts person has resigned. Probably this is a common strategy being used these days. 🙏

Happened with me as well. Left my i20 for repair, after few days when I went to take my car back , there were alot of black spots.
The service centre guys kept saying this was there before, while it was not.
Lesson learnt: always take few pictures of your car before dropping off at Hyundai service centre

Surprised to see all this at Hyundai dealerships in North India. In South India, I don't think we have such problems. Dealers and staff are very respectable and treat all visitors/customers with great respect and also keep their commitments.

Wrong. We got cheated by a Hyundai dealer in Mavelikkara, Alleppey, Kerala State. They sold us a defective i10.
We had issues with Hyundai service for over 10 years. Everytime after service, some new problems would arise. Small issues like rattling to central locking not working
I was going to buy a Hyundai creta on Diwali and this video makes me re-think about my decision. There are many other trustworthy companies around that I might want to look for now. Thank you for this eye opener video brother. ❤
