Looks yummy. Never tried it with smoked sausage. I like the flavor of it but I fish them out and give to my son when we have jambalaya. We usually add our cheese at the table because everyone has their own tastes of how much cheese they want. My Dad's not really a cheese person and besides I can't handle velveeta. It's just way to salty for me, even mixed with things. We're having potato soup tonight of all nights. I'll have to check to see if I have smoked sausage. Thanks for the tip Nerissa ❤
