Workout completed 🎉🎉🎉🎉 The first two rounds were fine.... but by the 4th round I was definitely exhausted. Very sweaty and intense indeed. I went at my own pace for the cardio.....trying to do it fast paced would have knocked me out lol. 😅

this is no joke especially after doing full body dumbbell giant sets the day before 🥲 I use my 3, 4, and 5 kgs this time (mostly the 4 kgs) and I'm done. thank you, Andrea ❤
