I just did this on my 2007 Chevy Express 2500. Upper and lower control arms, shocks (all 4), inner and outer tie rods, and the cam pins for the upper control arms. My ball joints were real bad, and I had horrible squeaking which was probably just the upper control arm bushings. They were dry rotted. I don't think my lower control arm bushings were bad, but I didn't want to deal with the shock bolts breaking, and the ball joints needed to be replaced anyway. My tie rods were OK, but they were so rusted that I just decided it was easier to replace them than risk having issues when getting an alignment. It took me 2 days to get it all done, but I couldn't be happier with the results. My van only has 70,000 miles on it, and now it actually feels like it. Now, I just need to get new tires before winter.
