Such a shame it wasn’t a week earlier. It’s been stunning for weeks in Scotland. When you said you were coming to Scotland I was hoping it would last. Such a shame you didn’t get it see it in the full sun. Hope you enjoyed either way. 👍 thanks for coming.
Au début du crachin , on y voit rien ! Et puis après quelques ferrys , le temps s'éclaircit ! Et bim , une claque dans la rétine ! Joli le pays du whisky ! Merci Freddie !
Amazing production. I wrap my head around the logistics of filming, by yourself, while riding.... insane! I recently tried my hand on a 15 second video. And that took over 2 hours to complete from start to finish. Much respect!
I did a 5000 mile tour of Europe in 2005 and had that much rain I couldn’t believe it especially in the mountains. What it did was to make me a much more confident rain rider. I actually really enjoyed it and was able to lean like I did in the dry with complete confidence. Something I have lost again. I actually quite like the rain and being at one with the elements. Beautiful thankyu
What's Scotland without a bit of rain, it just adds to the beauty and without it Scotland wouldn't be as green. I do love the roads in Scotland and your vidoe shows them off beautifully. Hope the American is OK 👍
I hope the American rider is okay and makes a speedy recovery. So glad the weather brightened up, Skye is beautiful as is the whole of the west coast, I see this kind of scenery daily as I live on Isle of Lewis. It’s a little piece of paradise, really enjoying your vlogs and your way with words is poetic….and yes we Scot’s have a great sense of humour but dry unlike the weather the majority of the time. Safe travels.
Ahhh, The Cowshed Boutique Hostel in Uig, Skye. My happy place. A great place to stay and a lovely common room/ lounge area. I regularly ride there from Glasgow for a night and ride back the next day. Dinner and a few beers at The Ferry Inn just down the road, perfection.
Freddie I lived in Scotland last year, and am moving back again in September to start a PhD. These videos have been reminding me of how absolutely amazing this country is, and how excited I am to get back over (even if the weather is temperamental to say the least). Keep up the incredible work. Amazing to see how much your channel is growing. Absolutely deserved.
What a sublime video! It sort of makes our planned-for lives in 15 minutes cities appear a tad----limitting. Surely, for the human spirit to thrive, the road ahead must hold the promise of vast expanses, and of unexpected twists and turns; and we, to be truly alive, must be free to explore it in whatever direction we please.
Hello Freddie, can't get enough of Your content! Besides the very well made videos and Your comments, the selection of music always fits to the lovely pictures You provide. Thanks a lot and best regards! 😁
Great filming, editing & sound. Scottish tourist board should be happy. 😊 Scotland is def on my list as a reason to cross the North Sea. Keep it coming. Most enjoyable.
Ohh Freddie, what an incredible country & countryside! Absolutely stunning ⭐️ An epic journey with the trusty Royal Enfield! If you don’t buy one now after this adventure, you never will😉 Can’t wait for your continuation & being super cool🤙
Freddy, being an expat Scot in the US for 14yrs seeing this plucked at the heartstrings and gave me a yearning for ‘home’! 🏴 Wonderful video as always and hope all is well.
Wow what a trip - Scotland looks amazing, sad about the crash but overall amazing day - gotta love those twisty roads though - amazing set up, the really have the daily planning down now!
I intend to tour Scotland after I move back to Yorkshire from Portugal for each summer. You've got to be prepared for rain, but it's such a stunning place. I last did this area with my parents as a 13-year-old. 7:01 small ferries like this, love them. 1990 [Nick J]
What an absolute bonus for everyone on that trip Freddy - a complete video diary of their adventure 👌We`re planning a run up there in September - weather permitting!
Another awesome video Freddy, the weather is just what you’d expect being Scotland but what scenery well worth a soaking. Your filming is as usual is very good. The whole trip seems very well organised, it will be interesting to find out the cost at the end. Keep the black side down Freddy and l’ll be watching out for any duck feet!
Figured I'd recognize the landscape from our Scotland trip a few years back. Didn't expect to see very same Isle of Skye Cowshed we stayed in. If only I'd had my motorcycle.
Oh that was fantastic. Definitely worth a second watch (or more). You've also done your bit for scottish tourism; I want go there now! The steam locomotive was a nice bonus too. I hope the casualty was o.k.
Another great vid! So close to the Isle of Harris! Hope you make it across some day. We have an annual charity bike rally up in the Isle of Lewis and Harris called the Midge Biter Rally (usually mid June) and we have around 120 bikes from as far as Germany come over for it. Stornoway is closed for the bikes to do a Police Escorted lap of the town and then we ride out to a cafe on the other end of the islands for refreshments and then ride back to Stornoway, and it’s finished off with a night of live music and drinks. It’s a lottery on the weather but that’s part of the fun and we got lucky this year, and a great weekend is always had by all! Midges here are bad but the Skye midges are ferocious! Enjoy your trip! Maybe see you at the Midge Biter Rally some time!
Very enjoyable video ,thanks. Pity you caught the rain as June was a good month weather wise up here, but is does magnify the wonderfull fresh scents of the land and trees as you ride along as compensation.
As I watch your video, I see the orange interceptor in that beautiful windy countryside with narrow roads. I think to myself what a contrast with mine here in Northern Utah. 4600ft in elevation, high mountain tops, dry desert and massive 5-7 lane 70mph highways. It's like that interceptor is at home in both places. I'm glad this is the bike I chose.
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you. The scenery reminds me of the Ring of Kerry in Ireland. Seeing the different types of bikes all touring and having fun proves you don't need a BMW GS to tour. Great video!
Been looking forward to this video, and presumably some more after this. Scotland is one of those places I would love to ride. Remembering to stay on the wrong side of the road all the time would be a challenge, though. 😂 I did ride a week in Norway the other year; I was damned pleased to have solid rain gear. Staying dry even in an 8 hour Norwegian downpour makes the riding still enjoyable, not a horrible slog trying to get to a hotel. They do make one-piece rain suits you can just pull over your gear...
Beautiful countryside love Scotland rain or shine! Am definitely gonna do a bike explore up there soon,Thos ‘Glamping’ Huts are terrific stayed in one in Cornwall in March & the weather was Perfect! Thanks for the great video Freddie & I do hope the American Guy is ok👍🏻😎
Seems like a well organised, abeit quite expensive, trip but doesn't have the spirit of a "Freddie" trip to me. I've grown to love his "take it as it comes" "Lets see what happens" style of bike trips this was a little too "package tour" for me
Thank you for sharing our beautiful country. I'm so lucky to have that on my doorstep.. the fishing boat(vital spark) is famous in Scotland,, BBC television.. midges were they an issue
As usual Freddie brilliant video. I have done the West Coast a couple of times on the bike, just fabulous roads and scenery, and the islands, Mull, Skye, Lewis, Harris and the Uists just breathtaking, not jealous at all. Well, maybe a little bit.
What an amazing place.. a beautiful episode.... Sharing this video with all my friends ... So good camera work and edit . I thought Moroccan trip was the best but no, you don't disappoint us. Love from India 🇮🇳🙏🇮🇳
Amazing, Freddie, I am from the Isle of Lewis (Stornaway) originally but now live in Fife. Hopefully you are going over to Lewis and Harris, think you would love it. Enjoy the rest of your trip. David 👍
As others have said, just a shame you weren't a week or two earlier. Still, when it's chucking it down it keeps the midges away! Hopefully see you back up here again.
Even in the rain Scotland is beautiful.
At 5.30, the gentleman that crashed, your concern that he's not only physically okay, that 'psychologically' he's able to continue on...❤
The West Coast of Scotland is the most beautiful place come rain or shine….. your filming captures it perfectly 😊
Absolutely beautiful, it's exactly the same in Ireland, the sun comes out for a week or two then Rain, Rain and more Rain 🌧
Such a shame it wasn’t a week earlier. It’s been stunning for weeks in Scotland. When you said you were coming to Scotland I was hoping it would last. Such a shame you didn’t get it see it in the full sun. Hope you enjoyed either way. 👍 thanks for coming.

Enjoying seeing these riding journeys, and excellent selection of music
Just finished a long day of gardening, just ate, just got this notification!
Here we go, day 2!
Thank you Freddie and your amazing gal, Monika.
I have been watching your videos for close to 2 yrs now. This is by far the best you have done so far!! BEAUTIFUL!
Amazing production. I wrap my head around the logistics of filming, by yourself, while riding.... insane! I recently tried my hand on a 15 second video. And that took over 2 hours to complete from start to finish. Much respect!

Thank you Freddie from Seattle. So beautiful. Isle of Skye by bike is now on my bucket list!
What's Scotland without a bit of rain, it just adds to the beauty and without it Scotland wouldn't be as green. I do love the roads in Scotland and your vidoe shows them off beautifully. Hope the American is OK 👍
The early bird catches the worm …good morning all on this cloudy Sunday morning !❤
Good morning Millie🙂 It’s glorious blue sky in Ipswich so I’ll send some your way☀️
I hope the American rider is okay and makes a speedy recovery. This is what adventure is all about, the highs and the lows and making the best out of it all! Brilliant video!
Beautiful countryside. Britain is so beautiful. From Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands.
What amazing country side, hope the man who crashed his bike is ok. Thanks for the great video.
Freddie I lived in Scotland last year, and am moving back again in September to start a PhD. Man,Scotland looks like a paradise...

Well that's Scotland for you. When its damp, it's very wet. When its beautiful, its absolutely stunning.
Hello Freddie, can't get enough of Your content! Besides the very well made videos and Your comments, the selection of music always fits to the lovely pictures You provide. Thanks a lot and best regards! 😁
Excellent Freddie! Very well made video..
Great filming, editing & sound. Scottish tourist board should be happy. 😊 Scotland is def on my list as a reason to cross the North Sea. Keep it coming. Most enjoyable.
Thank you for taking us all with you 😊
This is gna be lovely for the riders in your group to look back on. Good job Freddie. ✌️❤️
No better way to start a Sunday. Despite the weather it looks stunning, hope you continue to have a fantastic trip. All the best.
I am living vicariously through you Mr Dobbs! Love it....thank you matey!
What a beautiful part of the world. Thanks for all your work, catching up, racing ahead to take us along. Beautiful video.
Thanks to Freddie, can't stop reminiscing about my time in Scotland. Beautiful Biking experience video.
Love the video and music. Scotland 🏴 is stunning! 😊
I wish one day i can take that trip, just beautiful , and the roads👌
Ohh Freddie, what an incredible country & countryside! Absolutely stunning ⭐️ An epic journey with the trusty Royal Enfield! If you don’t buy one now after this adventure, you never will😉 Can’t wait for your continuation & being super cool🤙
Freddy, being an expat Scot in the US for 14yrs seeing this plucked at the heartstrings and gave me a yearning for ‘home’! 🏴 Wonderful video as always and hope all is well.
Great photography-really captures the mood and personality of Scotland in addition to the beauty.
Great insight into the routes and unique experiences our lovely country up here has to offer Frederick. ! Great stuff . 🏴👍
I really enjoyed watching this vid. Beautiful Scottish scenery, well done Freddie 👍🏽👌🏽✊🏽🙌🏽
Great Shots Freddie ...took us right there..Fantastic country to ride in ..mystically alluring ..soul refreshing . Thank you 🙏🏽 🙌🏽
Wow what a trip - Scotland looks amazing, sad about the crash but overall amazing day - gotta love those twisty roads though - amazing set up, the really have the daily planning down now!
Stunning scenery. You just missed the heatwave by a week but it’s impossible to predict here. 😂
Having Breakfast.. Enjoying the adventure... Cheers Freddie 👍

The highlands are so beautiful. I went in a campervan back in 2021. I miss it!
Skye, where my blood is from! Macleod of Harris, proper.
I get to visit through you, Freddie and Monika!
What an absolute bonus for everyone on that trip Freddy - a complete video diary of their adventure 👌We`re planning a run up there in September - weather permitting!
Freddie, that was good. Scotland doing what it does best, as well. Some fab shots.
Scenery more stunning than Sahara in my opinion.
Beautiful! 😍
Another awesome video Freddy, the weather is just what you’d expect being Scotland but what scenery well worth a soaking. Your filming is as usual is very good.

I'm just so in awe of your journeys Freddie. Stay safe mate.
Glad the sun came out. It wouldn’t be 🏴 without some rain 😂 spot on though, the west coast is amazing 👍😎
Freddie, to be fair, that Scots guy you were talking to was rather polite 😁
Wonderful bit of videography along with the perfect music choice. Well done Sir!
Thanks Dek🙌🏻
I just stumbled across this, what a fantastic video! Now subscribed, and I'm excited to watch the rest of them. Thank you!
Lovely video, thank you. You do look happy and seem to be really enjoying it, good on you :)
Hope the yank recovers from his spill...
Oh that was fantastic. Definitely worth a second watch (or more). You've also done your bit for scottish tourism; I want go there now! The steam locomotive was a nice bonus too. I hope the casualty was o.k.
it's so cool places to ride))) you are the lucky man to live near this beauties
Nice to see you in my neck of the woods. The run round the lochs to Inveraray is a popular 'chippy' run for us West Coasters :)
It looks so cozy & relaxed riding by those beautiful winding roads.....peace ✌

I’ve just saved your comment, Kyle. This sounds incredible!!🙂

Stunning scenery
Rain or shine Scotland is beautiful. I must do this trip.
Wow, breathtaking, Freddie!
Great Video Freddie. Nice to see the West Coast of Scotland doesn't share England's post-Sixties blight.
“He impales himself on the mirror” 😱, said so causally! 😂 I hope he gets to enjoy the rest of the trip. KSU is used in Canada too. 🇨🇦👍
He's now an Amirrorcan.😊
Americans don't do corners, but when they do...
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you. The scenery reminds me of the Ring of Kerry in Ireland. Seeing the different types of bikes all touring and having fun proves you don't need a BMW GS to tour. Great video!
Great trip Freddie,Skye is a magic island.
One of your best yet! The views were absolutely breathtaking.
Update us on the injured rider please!
Fantastic video as usual 👍 Thank you.
What a beautiful part of the world.
Stunning views!
Brilliant Freddie
Great way to start a Sunday! makes for a nice chill start watching this..Cheers
We did the trip in 1985 in our campervan...Skye.....they have replaced the grass down the middle of the road with double white lines !!!...
Stunning views Freddie - you can't count on the weather! - but thanks for sharing - looks awesome up there 👍
Beautiful filming, cinematic quality, thanks 😁🖐🖐

Interestingly over half of the group had one piece rain suits. I think I’ll buy one too- they were the most effective for total rain protection👌🏻
Great video, Freddie. As always 😎👍

Outstanding seenery and what a place to ride Freddie so jealous ....🙃
Brill footage and vistas.
Loved the video, music and scenery. Top stuff!
As usual Freddie brilliant video.

Well, maybe a little bit.
Stunning stuff ,thanks for sharing
Without doubt, one of the finest places to ride a motorcycle.
Glorious.
What did the Americans think?
Safe, happy travels 👍
They all loved it. I discovered Scotland is hugely popular with Americans- there were so many of them in Scotland travelling around🇺🇸🏴
This American visited Scotland last year and can't wait to go back next year. Just a beautiful country with friendly people.
@@georgeharsin6292 Glad you enjoyed it!
What an amazing place.. a beautiful episode.... Sharing this video with all my friends ... So good camera work and edit . I thought Moroccan trip was the best but no, you don't disappoint us. Love from India 🇮🇳🙏🇮🇳
Those small semi Circular huts are wonderful. Wish more places had them here.
Amazing, Freddie, I am from the Isle of Lewis (Stornaway) originally but now live in Fife. Hopefully you are going over to Lewis and Harris, think you would love it. Enjoy the rest of your trip. David 👍
wish I could double like the video. Great to know you Mr. Dobbs
