I loved the hulk , I grew up watching him as a kid . He & Arnold , inspired me to keep in shape through weight training I ‘ m 58 and still lifting weights and being healthy . Long time ago Lou came to my area of residence , there was a car show or a fitness exhibition . And I was lucky to get his autograph . The hulk and Lou will always be my favorite heros .

I read that Lou Ferigno did body building because his Father beat him. He swore no man would beat him up again!
Although he didn’t have the best relationship with his dad, he was bullied in school. That was primarily his motivation to get bigger/power.
