NAMM 2024 DAY 4 - HIWATT, PARK & WEM AMPS, CABS & MORE

- Hey, hey... WASSUP everybody... do you like great sounding guitar amps like I do? Then you'll want to check out HIWATT amps! I was at the Vega-Trem booth Day 2 at NAMM 2024 and boy was that HIWATT a head-turner when someone hit a chord in the middle of Vega-Trem's demo! I had to go back and check them out. Though I had to edit the beginning of the video due to possible copyright infringement, I wanted to at least show you what they've got in their present lineup. I'll definitely have to go test them out at my local guitar store... plenty of those to choose from in the SF Bay Area, so stay for that in the coming weeks! PARK amps looks like they are sharing the booth with HIWATT and a brand I have not heard of called WEM. It's interesting seeing some products here at NAMM that you'll never see in stores anywhere around you, and not likely I'll see the WEM stuff in stores around me... though now I'm curious! After a quick search, I found out that the WEM cabs are actually made by HIWATT and unless they are back... vintage... let me know if you know anymore about these in the comments.

This was going to be the year of the Marshall, but they want so much for the ones with 6550s, that the budget is likely going to end at the KT88s of the previous quest. There's light showing the end of the tunnel, this is going to be interesting.
Oh, and I have a WEM cabinet on the list for this year, it goes with the Fane Unified Field Theory of tone. 🤘
