I've seen a guy use a doorknob drill bit. No rivet work needed. This _does_ sound better. Give us a bit of a rev bomb next time though.thanks,S
Hello…I did this same thing but I also took out all the insulation and drilled another hole right under the main one. About 1 1/4” hole saw to make it. Cleaned it up and a little flat spray paint and it sounds great mate! Good work! Ride safe.
Do you believe that if you additionally eliminate the resonator it would also increase the exhaust sound too much?
About december I cut the small pipe out on my end cap. It is free and sound better too.
How did this application effect the fuel consumption, was is increase or no change, have you ever tested?
When you're driving on the road, does the sound stun you?
So….was that the spark arrestor that you cut off?
tho bike will run lean af now
With performance muffler and with or without resonator it will not run lean as KTM recommends Akro slip-ons in powerparts
