Simple tasty and hearty dish that can be combined with fresh french bread for a meatball sandwich or paired with spaghetti. Side dish of saute green beans, mushroom and brocoli in olive oil with and topped with Romano/Parmasean cheese. You can use your homemade recipe or purchase pre-made meatballs. When I look for store bought meatballs, I check the ingredients. I am partial to meatballs that are natural with no fillers/breading. As such, these meatballs are firmer and have very little carbs.
