    I’ve been eating carnivore for a year now. Adding organ meats was a game changer. I think the positive effect I felt from the addition of organ meats can be attributed to the high vitamin and mineral content.
    Just got the X3 bar and I am already feeling and seeing big changes. This thing really pushes the body to adapt! Thanks so much for your contributions John!

    Something I happen to know about Vikings...most of them were farmers! While they certainly fished and we know them as great raiders, traders and explorers, growing crops and raising animals was their primary way of life. They were amazing people.

    When they check or test vitamins like e and A it was never the complete but fraction which of course would give adverse responses. Example vitamin E only used alpha tocopherol and not the mixed tocopherol. As the pharmaceutical industry could not control nutrition I feel the tests were deliberately skewed for their purpose. However the nutritional industry , realizing people are becoming interested in nutrition, is bringing in the wrong people making false claims for gread
