Chocolate Cake made using almond flour! Almond Flour Chocolate Cake

chocolate almond cake using almond flour!
1 + 1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 eggs
6 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
method: take a 9 inch circle pan and line with foil
grease the foil with butter or oil thoroughly
whisk together : almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder and kosher salt
in another bowl add 3 eggs , vanilla extract and oil - whisk
stir almond flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix
batter will be thick
now add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix
add batter to the pan and bake at 350°F for 25 to 28 minutes
allow to coo down before slicing and top it off with powder sugar!

can i grind the sugar in cake batter can i use grinded sugar in it

for the almond flour do I take almonds and just simply grind it

Yes take almonds without skin and blend until it turns into powder. Don’t over blend it Bc it will turn into almond butter. As soon as it comes in powder form stop blending it.
