- Just WOW!!
What a DAY!
Hannah and I met up this morning at Oasis and pulled tapestry plants before heading off to the job site.
Greg met us with some beautiful honey onyx boulders.
With the help of my fantastic DFS crew, we managed to stage all of the boulders and complete the planting while Greg strung lights and prepped the subterranean drip!
Tomorrow is irrigation and topdressing.
Will we finish up before the rain?
Stay tuned😊
Good Saturday morning Laura. Beautiful garden - practically an oasis. Thanks so much for sharing your gardening tips throughout the year. .
Beautiful. Love all the multi colored succulent tapestries.
I love this garden: the tapestries, the way you thinned out existing plantings, genius
Laura, I am a long-time follower. I would just like to appreciate you for your generosity not only to us your viewers, but to your crew as well. It shows how much you have mentored them. I have seen them evolve and how your signature shows in their design sensibilities. (tips my hat)
Wow, thank you!
"Like Oasis came here and threw up...." HYSTERICAL!
Great job team DFS!
Just beautiful, but whoever did those flagstones deserves an award.
Would love to see this garden in the evening lighted i bet it will look beautiful. you do such beautiful work and I love following you on here.
I'm glad you didn't want it to look like "Oasis came here and threw up"😂😂😂
Gorgeous as usual--y'all are amazing 😍😍😍
Loving the tapestry work as always. Talented DFS crew. You all compliment each other with your individual contributions ❣️
You've inspired me to undertake my own adventure and try to turn my backyard into a 'succulent oasis'. I asked my husband to "be my Greg" and handle the irrigation. In reply he stated, "ask Laura Eubanks to have Greg devote an episode or two to all the work he does to make Laura's work possible." Laura, I need your help. Can you have Greg explain to all the husband's out there (or whoever might be so inclined) how they can do what he does?
I knew it would be beautiful, Laura these homeowners are fortunate to have your services
Keep well and happy ❤️🦘🦘🦘❤️
Thank you! You too!
I love how colorful it is. Those talavera pieces are so fun and whimsical. Cant wait for tomorrow!
I just love it! As you said from the beginning. Your Classic Tapestry! Looking forward to the grand reveal!
You cracked me up with the comment about not wanting it to look like Oasis threw up there 😂 Beautiful transformation yet again! Can’t wait to see the final reveal……😊
So nice to see people working in the garden. I'm in the Bay Area and my succulents are loving the rain especially the aeoniums but I'm ready to get my hands in some dirt. My poor cacti are huddled under the roof overhang looking bewildered.
Thank you for sharing amazing amazing job well done to you and your crew
"I don't want it to look like Oasis came in here and threw up.". Lolol . . . I'm still giggling. That's funny and it made your point. BTW: I love Oasis! But I wouldn't want them to throw up on my property either! 😅
It’s looking great. Can’t wait to see the finished garden
This is stunning. What is your thought process & tips for thinning the attenuatas? Dig them all up,reset as cuttings? Behead at ground level? How did you decide which ones get to stay? I will need to do some thinning next year.
Hello Laura. Looks so beautiful as always. 2 things I would say, the Golden barrels in parkway strips is not advisable. I had a incident in one of my client's home. Their kid scootering lost control and rammed into the Golden barrels and underwent surgery.
Also the plumeria seems to close to the house. They have a rounded growth habit and suffer with the lack of room to grow.
So much beautiful work, great job. Please mic Hannah, would love to hear her insights.
I think this is a favorite and it's not even finished!🌞
Hi Laura
Back in your element i see. Those crassulas are stunning. The blossom is so rare to see. I can only keep them indoors and mine have not flowered yet. But apparently they can flower indoors too💞
Son preciosos esos jardines que usted presenta!!!!
gorgeous! and yes.. people will actually take stuff out of your front yard.. .sigh (i guess i'm not really over it 😡) can't wait to see it with the top dressing.. and maybe a night shot if you can get it! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Beautiful, you inspire me every day 😍🥰
Love, love, love it!❤
So beautiful 👏👏👏
Stunning!
Its so gorgeous! I just fall in love with all the tapestries. The giant crasullas after being thinned out look so majestic. The aloe cameronii blooming and red against the wall is stunning. I wish i cod get down on my knees and just adore all the tapestry work.
Thank you so much!
Love your shirt
Great job
Wow gorgeous
Such a spectacular job! If and when you do go back can you get a close up of the bird bath. So fascinating! Who did that, and do you have to worry about drainage?
I love the succulent so much❤
i just love the shirt😍😍😍😍
How i wish i can also build a tapestry like this in tja Philippines...
🌸
Hi Laura! I'm a big fan of your work. I'm watching all the way from Portugal. I love succulent gardens, but here in Northwestern Portugal the climate is very similar to the climate in Oregon and Washington state, so most succulent plants succumb to fungus and rot. Do you have any advice for growing succulent gardens in rainy climate zones?
Sooooo beautiful!!!!
Beautiful
Two questions: Should barrel cactus really be at the corner edge of the parking strip near where people get in & out of cars? - and - Kalanchoe orgyalis can each get 3-6‘ tall and wide - why plant them all together? ❤ Thanks so much for this beautiful corner lot project!!
Absolutely gorgeous 😍
💚🌵
Ok 👍
🙋
👍💪🤗
Looks gorgeous already, the colors are so vibrant. I love your shirt, is that in your shop?
I would love to know how much a project like this cost. Even if you gave us a range. I bet it’s more than we think it is
Beautiful. Question _ how long before you would have to redo the tapestry because of getting 😍❤️🌵 overgrown?
Hannah has a new house????!!!!!
Why are the barrels looking yellowish?
