Checking in on my Sons 6 Month Old Succulent Tapestry

- After close inspection we only had one casualty in this succulent tapestry. The euphorbia trigona for whatever reason totted but we can’t all bat 1000. Happy gardening to those that can this time of year. Thanks for tuning in!

I really like how you left the pathway along the house, behind the plants so you can get in to clean the back plants.

Beautiful Gardens! This reminds me of when I take walk, I'm forever pulling an obvious weed, one day, I even picked all of the snails (and there were a lot!) off a row of plants!! Yes, I squished them!

Love how you throw all the detritus over the path, my husband expects me to carry a bucket and place it all in as I’m working, can you imagine that, never have yet and I’m 75 now, too late to change anyhow it stops the momentum.ps he has always done the cleanup he really doesn’t mind I think? Dudleya brittonii. I mainly drink beer while I'm on the job, not much at home or other times. It's healthy, in moderation of course. Soft drinks, fruit juice,… not healthy. Water is great, but sometimes it doesn't give the energy boost. Gotta have that. The alcohol in beer is healthier, plus the silica, vitamins, minerals,….. depending on the beer. Guinness nitro-stout in the cans is prime, low sweet, healthy, powerful good,…. pour it into a cup to appreciate the cloudy swirl and creamy-foam top. Quality.
I love everything you do and I've been following you since Day One, as you know. But I LOVE LOVE LOVE this beautiful garden in Clairmont (without the "e") that you created for your son and his family. The colors, the sizes, the textures, the negative space, the boulders and rocks -- Perfecto! I may spend the next ten years trying to recreate some semblance of this beautiful garden. I love it.

The xeriscape area would look better with something more vertical, like a euphorbia lactea.

Can you propagate leaves of Kalanchoe Lucian in bloom? So you cut the stem of the bloom, pluck all the leaves on the mother plant to propagate.

I have to say, that's one of the more disappointing parts of your videos! You show us all this stuff that needs to be cleaned up, and then skip to the final product. We want to see the process!!! There is nothing more satisfying and more inspiring, than seeing the whole process! It makes us growers inspired to go do our own! Stop skipping!! Let us watch!!! Lol!
