"Salvation is not a reward for the riteous--it is a gift for the guilty." Well said.
Here I stand God help us too!
A man full of the Holy Spirit, lead by God, can not be stopped! And a man called the pope cant stop the hand of God.
Powerful sermon! Why can’t more preachers preach about history.
Oh what a great man of God this Martin Luther was thank you so much for this powerful information
Surely we need to know more about him
Thank you Dr. Lawson.
Thankyou Dr Lawson.
Martin Luther didn’t agree with your belief of the rapture or limited Atonement. He would call you a heretic. He also had anabaptists drown for not believing in salvation from baptism.
I really got sick to my stomach toward the end of the sermon as he exalted Luther and proceeded to tell people they need more of Luther in them rather than Jesus. Ha. Amazing. They don’t know they are doing it.
I would be cautious. He by no means said we need more Luther rather than Jesus. You put words in his mouth that makes an outlandish statement. I read your comment towards the beginning and was surprised and worried. Please always be truthful and don't lead people astray as you could have me. Also, don't falsify others, as you have done here to Steven Lawson. Martin Luther is not perfect, but we can sure learn from him today.
I'd definitely not trust my salvation to a man who hung himself. I will remain Catholic and so will my children's children. I will pray for you. God bless.
