    You have such great exercises! I've suffered with piriformis syndrome for over two years and are searching high and low for something to help me. I think your exercises will help me. My dream is to be able to run again without pain. Thanks!! 🙏❤

      I want walk without pain.
      At this point i think ive tried to find the right movement and caused more pain , i will listen , but, ly husband says rest, so ?

    SOOOOO GOOOOD!!!! omg, felt so much trapped energy release & flow down my poor circulation deprived hips, sacrum & legs! Thank you so much! I can’t imagine what people were thinking listening to my pain/release noises behind a closed bedroom door 😂🙏💕

    Thank you so much, I am so happy to cross your channel.
    I've been suffering from pain, numbness and tingling since last July, I will try this exercise regularly, I hope will help and pain free again. Am new here...just subcribed.... Feel sooo goood with the stretch....Once again Thank you... 🙏

    Very informative video Mam. . How much a person with piiriformis syndrome walk. Can I do brisk walk. Need to loose some weight from stomach and thighs .
