He was a monster, all he ever wanted was a proper fight. That’s the curse of power, once you reach the top all that’s left to you is boredom and stepping on ants. It’s often decades before a real fight occurs. So someone atleast trying to pull it off is at least alittle refreshing.

Kaido beliefs are akin to social Darwinism, or might makes right. Naturally this means that he respects strength above all else. He even offered to spare Momo if he lied about who he was out of respect for Oden.

TVMA requires more violence. Like heads being gruesomely cut off and inside organs and entrails being shown. OP doesn’t do that, which is why it’s TV14.
