Thanks, I've had these Dewalt tools for some time. They're actually 14.4v which they don't do anymore. Theyre a decent compromise between size and power. I've got some small Makita 10.8v ones too, but tend to prefer the grunt of the bigger ones.

Great video, what size aluminium profile did you use for this part?

Thanks, pretty much everything is 30 x 30 mm, apart from the bed beams which needed to be 60 x 30mm
