Don't apologize! Thanks for pointing that out, we clearly didn't notice it when putting the video together and no one else has ever brought that up as far as I recall. Thanks for watching and for pointing out our error. It's important for people to know that what we are showing them is what we're actually talking about. Keep on trekin' -- through Charlevoix, or Boyne City, or whatever northern Michigan town you like to visit. 😀 -Ari
Are you asking because you're concerned about noisy generators or because you want to bring one? LOL It's all rustic campsites for tents or smaller RVs, however, I believe there are a handful of tent-only sites that you park and walk into. As far as generators, technically nothing that makes excessive noise is allowed in any Michigan state park, but that's obviously a very subjective rule based on other campers who are or are not around you and how the local rangers enforce things. The actual rule from the DNR reads, "Radios, generators or other amplified devices may not create excessive noise." -Ari
@@Trekers generators are obnoxious but I really don’t want to speak up. This past summer a friend used a gesture of putting Her fingers in her ears with direct eye contact. That’s all it took to have quiet again. 😀. It was funny. Thanks for the info.
Appreciate your video of this park, it’s on our list. Quick healing 🙏🏻
We hope you enjoy it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
It looks like a nice park. Gotta put it on my list. Thanks!
Yep, this is one of the parks we've put on our list to visit again.
5:42 I hate to be that guy but that is footage of Boyne City, not Charlevoix

It’s about 8:5 hr drive! Are noisy generators allowed? Or is there an area for tents only?
