the more I watch episodes of this, the more I really love Gordon's respect for local tradition/culinary insight while also still being himself.
Gotta love how eager Ramsey is to impress with his food, a true chef I'd say.

I love the uncharted series as it is never boring to see Gordon Ramsay learn different ways of cooking in different places of the world. It is like watching wildlife documentary, but with food and with no Attenborough narration.

Being from Alberta Canada I love seeing Gordon work with meats that could not be any fresher. It can get really cold in the the winter and Ive been on a lake ice fishing at -20C. But seeing how he cooks like this is a treat for the eyes.

Alaska literally has many Ukrainians here. Lots of people coming over on emergency visas are going to Alaska specifically because that's where their sponsors are.
You don't have to be rich to drink glacier water, the city water here is glacier water. If I tried hard enough I too could get glacier ice for a cocktail but that's too much.
