I never thought that I'd need to see Jerma try to rationalize just the average Sims 4 day, but this turned out even better than the extreme violence stuff. His building was like all of our first Sims builds accumulated into one, scaled up by like 3 times. I kinda wanna see at least 10 more vids of Jerma just playing normal Sims. He WILL get more familiar with the mechanics, but that might only cause more hilarity as he uses them all wrong Jerma also pronounced "Nina" like an alien

I quite like the design of having the main floor raised up. Makes the property more secure, more flood resistant (especially since he's on the beach) and I like the clean lines it gives the ground level walls.

TWO seconds, and the kitchen is on fire along with his sim. Fast forward not even five minutes, look away for three seconds again and then look back and his Sim is walking out of the house butt naked. There is no other way to explain it; Jerma is Nyarlathotep.
Jerma makes me laugh a lot, but I'm pretty sure I could have died at several times from a lack of oxygen. The burning sim and shotgun santa were some of my favorite parts
