Cruise Control Review on a 2018 International SEMI TRUCK Fail

I've been told during idling the cruise control can be overide by certain options pushing the buttons on the steering wheel pod. I can't seem to find away to overide it on this particular truck.
This cruise control option for idling is based on company guidelines. All trucks don't operate the same as other companies.
