She’s cultured, hilarious and well spoken for a teenager. She’s an unrealistic portrayal as much as she is kind-hearted. I’m not disagreeing with you though. Overall Juno’s character is brilliantly written. Her personality has multiple angles, and sure she’s a kid, she acts like a kid, but she also defies the “teenager” stereotypes in many ways. That’s why the film refers to her as weird and different, while simultaneously she’s experiencing a very real teenage concern/problem. Even her most immature moments she reevaluated herself and had enough maturity to take full accountability. So many beautiful moments where she realizes she was in the wrong and most of all, she makes it right. Certainly can’t say that for a lot of ADULTS let alone a teenager😆
I love this film. I was skeptical at first, but it was thought provoking. Many of us are surrounded by pregnant teens. This movie looked at it in a few new angles. The movie is brilliant. It wasn't my cup of tea the first time I watched it, but I went back later and read the script online, which prompted me to give this movie another shot. Everything from the soundtrack to the relationship dynamic of Juno and Paulie (which reminds me way too much of my own relationship with my boyfriend lol) is flawless.

We were in sex-ed class back in 5th grade when this movie was out, and after the instructor said "to protect yourself or else you're going to regret it". After the session, we were allowed to ask questions so one kid decides to be stupid enough to ask "Is that what happened in Juno?" and then everyone laughed at him. Good thing that was his last year in elementary! xD
Juno and Leah are Friendship goals I swear
this was so popular when it first came out I remember how excited I was to see it! I was staying at the Sheraton hotel in Portland oregon when it came on the TV for free! I will never forget it 💗💗 and how my best friends and I couldn't stop singing "you're a part time lover and a full time friend" 24/7 damn I miss the early 2000's
DWIGHT!!!!!!
(anyone else The Office obsessed )
This is one doodle that can't be undid, home skillet.
Beyond two souls bruh
Aiden nooooooo
Jodi homs
People, that's why beyond two souls got famous, because of ellen page
god this film is so iconic literally there will never be a better teen movie than this
2021 and still watching the trailer... wishing they could make another movie like this. light-hearted, sweet and painful at the same time. Red Wine.
I've watched this more than 100 times and I'll never get tired 💕
Do u think Ellie from the last of us 1 was inspired by Juno? I mean they look so much with eachother
@@masja6101 i read that she was, and actually elliot page said that the game developers ripped off his likeness (pre-transition)
NOT MY FUCKING TEMPO!!!!!!
This is the reason he was so mad, poor Miles Teller...
Whiplash
Lol
I saw this movie in health class last year. Awesome movie. I'd watch it again. I might even watch it before school restarts. I recommend this movie to anyone that wants to watch it.
I love it when her dad says "hey big puffy version of Junebug" :')
who's here after hearing the news 🏳🌈
0:15 NEW LINE CINEMA
A Time Warner Entertainment Company.
Wer weiss was juno der adoptivmutter auf dem gelben zettel geschrieben hat?
Meine mum hat mich genau bei diesen part gestört
I did not think I would see you here lol.
What why are you here
Hi Relachi,
du hast das vor 8 Jahren gefragt lol, aber auf dem Zettel stand: I've never seen 2 pretty best friends. One of them always gotta be ugly.
Vanessa,
if you're still in, im still in in
Juno
No one can convince me that Neil Druckman didn't literally took this character to his game. Not just the facial but even the personality are the same!!
I just got it on Netflix today and it was unexpectedly hilarious and really heart-felt. It's a great movie to watch. :)
wait, you mean you got it delivered as an actual DVD right? i was confused since netflix changed so much
wow, you really got juno on netflix 14 years ago
no way netflix existed 14 years ago that's amazing
@@tomatodile it did. They delivered movies to your house instead.
@BellicV Well the comment was 15 years ago so it would have been a year after Netflix launched their streaming service!
I watched this movie when I was 8, I'm 16 now and just watched the Umbrella Academy. From the first scene with Vanya I was so confused because I recognised her but had no idea from where, I'm just now realizing that Eliott Paige is Juno
and the child is max caufield........
lol
It was a boy though....
Omg lol
Juno's parents are the kind of parents I aspire to be.
Here in 2020 when Juno came out as Trans anyone else?
I freaking love this movie! They NEED to make other movies like this!
I watched this when I was 12 on a website using dial up internet connection right after it came out. Waited over a day for it to load, had to put a sticky note on the computer not to close the page. Great movie, always stuck with me, both my older brothers became dads in high school, I always thought of this movie once I reached high school and started having sex, I think it helped me not become a teen dad too
Juno is just something else dude. Like literally i've cried to this so many times and i dare to say this is the best movie ever. Try to change my mind.
So *He* was pregnant
lol yeah
I guess he’s a seahorse
Lie
She was
@@jayguerecamainbossall2324 he is now trans so their pronouns are actually he/him now
Dwight, go back to Scranton!
😅🤣😅🤣😂
This feels weird now
This trailer gives away SO much YET still leaves a lot to see!
Best film of the late 2000s bar none!!
Such a Briliant Film!
I love Ellen butI can't help but notice how handsome Jason Bateman is lol. Loved his character as well
Wow, is that the girl from Beyond: Two Souls?
Yeap.
Yes
Yes, she is
This is Jodi.
Jura No, This is Juno
Love this movie ! Unlike any typical dramatic teen movie. Soundtrack is insanely good and makes the movie more better :)
The writer graduated from my high school!
I wish elliot still be Ellen I love her
It's him, not her :)
@carolinejansen3896 ehh
If Eliot Page played a pregnant teenage girl in Juno, isn't this appropriation?
"Juno, like the city in Alaska?"
"No."
"Oh."
Love this movie, but hate the ending.
This is how movies should be made. Brutally smart with empathy. It has plenty of funny moments too.
1:42 aged egregiously
Who knew that cute girl would turn into a total lunatic
Apparently it makes you a lunatic now to feel like a male even if you are biologically born a woman. Why can't people just respect people for who they are without giving a damn about how they identify themselves?
@@Akira_1008
Because they hate whole world, that's why.
"Your parents are probably wondering where you are."
"Nah, I mean, I'm already pregnant so what other kind of shenanigans can I get into?"
fixed
This movie put you in a mood that only exist by listening to this movie mostly because of that amazing soundtrack
Could Eliott still get pregnant today?
Yes, why would that change?
@Savo It's not "pretending."
@@gamestation2690 well biologically she will always be a women even if she pretends to not be. She can call herself whatever she wants but arguing it is just denial
@@HunterHastings_ You're sick.
@@gamestation2690 not really… just being honest and keeping it real 👍
RIP Ellen
One of the best movies i've seen. The script is brilliant, downright sarcastic and funny at the same time. :)
The best movie I've ever watched!!!
They will now try to change her name to Elliot in all future releases of her older movies. If you are found in possession of the wrong version, to the gulag!
Well this is awkward now
Juno is my favourite film. It is hilarious in some parts and and then I cry every time at the end. I love it! Great soundtrack as well.
Who else is here after Elliot came out?
