The life I’m trying to live. Sometimes people around you can make it hard focus on stoicism. They can be so toxic they definitely can run off on you, making you to forget how to use stoicism.
The more and more I listened the more and more I realize how much I do not know and I'm thankful and grateful for the wisdom passed down 🙏. Already my life is changing for the better or the worst I'm just along for the ride 🪂

This is incredibly helpful for me. I have a lot of trauma and rumination. Listening to this, helps ground me. It validates what I'm thinking and feeling. I feel better and more grounded. I'm greatful for stoicism.

I've been like this all my life and people think I'm strange cause they dont understand me
That’s what I can’t let go, the fact people will think im strange, or rude, angry, even slow. When i try this, I often get asked “what’s wrong, why are you upset”?

Ya I really don’t care what anyone thinks about me. I just do my thing and like me or hate me, this is how God made me. 99% love me. I am same person everywhere I go with every walk of life. But I’m old , 55. 40 makes you stop caring, but 50? Now THATS freedom. Ultimately, people don’t think or care about others as much as anyone thinks. Everyone is ultimately selfish, so know that whoever is put out by whatever, unless it’s negatively affecting their life’s journey, it’s bullshit. Their resistance to your actions has EVERYTHING to do with THEIR issues and little or nothing to do with you. Keep on keeping on! ❤❤🙏🏽🙏🏽👋🏽
