I am wishing you the very best as you take on the cancer fight. Don't lose hope on your channel. It just takes one video to strike that chord with the UA-cam algo and you can be growing dramatically overnight. Mine is still very small and I started it 4 years ago or so. Keep posting content and you will find success.
I just found your site today and love your content!! Watching beaver dams being broken is my relaxation - your camera views from different angles makes watching all that much more interesting.
A backhoe would be great for sure. We have ditches that need dug out and removing beaver dams that aren't in culverts would be a peice of cake. Beaver dams in culverts, I would always want to remove by hand and rake.
It is still a priority to add additional grates and improvements on what we already have. I think the triangular ones make to most sense for most of the culverts.
I have some now, didn't in the early days when this was made. That said, due to some of the creatures that live in the water here in the south, I try to avoid getting int the water if I can. Not always possible though.
You definitely need to learn to use drowner sets to thin your problem out. Castor mound sets would work well for you, they are very territorial. Use their own nature against them.
We tried watching for them a couple full moons ago but it was a bit cloudy so we didn't get the amount of moon light we needed. If all goes right, the next episode will take place at least partially at night and use battery powered lights. It does require a permit to hunt beavers a night but we are good there. Note I won't be showing any footage of beavers being killed. I am interested in capturing some of there night time activities though.
Why do you want to kill the beavers? Humans do a hell of a lot more damage to the planet and it’s inhabitants (including other humans) than beavers could ever do.
Is it just me or what that thinks all Americans make everything look alot harder work than it is??? He looks totally pissed off doing this, unlike post 10, who gets excited n loves everything he does. But it's thankless task I no. But still nice video to watch thankyou 😊
Thank you! Definitely not pissed off. Just focused maybe. I do this for fun and relaxation mainly but of course it's to help the farm too. Post10 has a great onscreen presence and I am very happy for his success and what he has done to help carve out a niche for us here. He is his own dude though, I'm not him, I am me and this is my way here 😀 . Thanks for watching!
@@BarrettFarmsI’ve noticed on a lot of unclogging videos some people keep on bringing up post10. He’s good, I’m not criticising him but if people want to watch clones of post10 then they should stick to his videos. Like you said, you are you, everyone’s an individual. Keep on doing things your way.
Thanks for watching!

Thank you!
Brilliant camera stand at 9:25 ! Functional, portable, sturdy, and easy to make!
Even a functional tether to keep the camera from falling in the water again. Of course not properly in use in that shot 😀
Merci de partager non seulement votre travail mais aussi votre belle région.
Merci beaucoup!

Just found your channel today. You all certainly have work cut out for you! Beautiful footage, and you have a new subscriber. ❤
For all the culverts you clean a mini excavator would really come in handy
I agree! But the price is a bit of a blocker right now.
You definitely need a backhoe !!Make the job less stressful.

Enjoy your videos...are you still looking into the triangular racks??? You may even have tje materials to build them yourself...
It is still a priority to add additional grates and improvements on what we already have. I think the triangular ones make to most sense for most of the culverts.
Very cool! Just found your channel! Where are you located?
Thanks for watching! I am in Arkansas.
The potato rake to the rescue.
It's almost like having really long arms 😀
Are you doing and beaver trapping or just keep opening up what they plug up?
We are trapping on top of maintaining the drains.
You need to buy some hip waders.

Hello!

That would be one hell of a plot twist! Thanks for watching!

I'd say it's time to get a spotlight and a rifle and wait for the beavers to show up.
